My home represents for me a place of meeting and security, where I can always be myself and always feel at ease.
It is very welcoming, large and spacious, has about 6 rooms including my room, the place that most represents me and where I spend most of my day and another room where, instead, it is more a relaxation area and therefore where I am when I'm tired, after long days.
Then there is the kitchen, a meeting place for the whole family where good times are exchanged even in the company of friends and relatives.
These are the rooms I have lived in most and where I spend the most time of my day.
My house is special every time I enter it I feel good, plus it gives me a feeling of joy during the sunny days, especially when the curtains are open and allow the intense sunlight to penetrate, which stops on the large walls white
 Despite this, in the days when I am sadder or angrier my home becomes a small place, where I feel locked up, but here too I find comfort in my room.
For me, my home will always remain a place that I trust and am sure of. Every time I give my house to my guests I think that they too feel good. and indeed it is. Every time they arrive they describe the same emotions that I experience.
I decided to rent my house for two reasons. The first is what gives me a very important financial aid. but the second reason is what I like best. I have the opportunity to meet new people, new cultures, exchange new thoughts.

La maison est jolie, pratique, très équipée. Le jardin n’est pas gigantesque mais suffisant car la maison est proche de nombreux lieux pour visiter ou de promener (plages, Pise, Lucques,…). Adriana est accueillante, charmante et arrangeante. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine

Gute Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit mit Mängeln, Hundegebell

Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Ferienhaus. Hier die High&Lowlights: + Sehr gute Lage. Strand ca. 6km. Besichtigungen von Florenz, Lucca, Pisa etc. sehr gut möglich + Das Dorf hat zwei Bäcker, eine Metzgerei, zwei Pizzerias...und eine sehr gute Eisdiele. + Adriana war zumindest Online immer schnell zu erreichen + Den Pool fanden wir auch sehr gut und haben ihn oft genutzt. Er ist grösser als man gemäss Bilder meinen könnte. + Die Schlafzimmer im 1.OG sind sehr schön , auch mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. - Es gibt in der Nachbarschft und eigentlich im ganzen Ort überall Hunde, die sich in den eingezäunten Grundstücken aufhalten. Sobald jemand vorbei geht, bellen die Hunde und oft heult das ganze Viertel. Oft Morgens ab 5-6:00. Das Hundegebell ist wirklich störend (Wir hatten selbst einen mittelgrossen Hund dabei) - Wir sassen dann Abends öfters auch bis gegen 23:30 im Garten und haben etwas gespielt. Sicherlich waren wir dann auch mal etwas lauter, weil gelacht wurde. Wir haben dann über Adriana gleich eine Nachricht erhalten, dass wir zu laut seien und mit der Polizei gedroht wurde. Für uns hat das zusammen mit dem Hundegebll aber nicht gepasst. - Der CheckIn war etwas unglücklich. Haus war auf 14:00 versprochen, war aber nicht fertig. Gläser in der Küche waren schmutzig und den Grill konnte man auch nach der nachträglichen Reinigung nicht ohne ALU Schalen benutzen. - Die elektrische Anlage im Haus ist zu schwach ausgelegt. Wenn man die Klimaanlage nutzt und gleichzeitig die Spülmachine, fliegt die Hauptsicherung. Blöd ist, wenn man darüber nicht informiert ist und erst mal verzweifelt eine halbe Stunde den Sicherungskasten sucht. (Tipp: Im Wohnzimmer unter einem Bild) - Einrichtung im Haus und im Garten ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche ist sehr viel Geschirr etc. vorhanden, weniger wäre manchmal mehr. Geschirr wie auf dem Flohmarkt, keine 4 gleiche Teller oder Tassen. - Der Pavillon im Garten ist grundsätzlich schön und bis zu 8 Personen können dort sitzen. Nur sind die Bänke leider beidseitg abgesackt, sodass diese Schräglage haben, was nicht angenehm zum Sitzen ist. - Keinerlei Infos beim CheckIn oder CheckOut. Leider sprechen wir nur Deutsch oder Englisch, die Vermieterin nur Italienisch. Hier wäre eine Mappe mit Infos zum Haus und der Umgebung sehr hilfreich gewesen Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub, leider mit einigen Mängeln. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

Bellissima casa, ottima host

Adriana è una brava e disponibile host. La casa è molto bella e particolare: spaziosa, confortevole, pulita, dotata di tutto ciò che può essere utile. Molto curati gli interni in stile shabby. Gli elettrodomestici sono molti ma un po' datati, comunque funzionali. La piscina è sempre pulita e adatta alla dimensione della casa (in 5/6 persone ci si sta comodamente). Il paese in cui si trova la casa è silenzioso, non ha molto da offrire se non i negozi "base", ma la posizione è strategica per raggiungere in fretta un sacco di località in cui fare gite in giornata: Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Forte dei marmi, Viareggio sono tutte a 15-40 minuti di macchina. Soggiorno consigliatissimo!

Enjoyable house for a great trip to Tuscany

The house is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is really well equipped and an easy place to cook for a bigger group. There are very nice beaches nearby. Only the neighborhood can be a little loud from time to time because of barking dogs. We had a wonderful time especially since Adriana is such a great host.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Toscana sehr genossen. Die Villa Linda bot mehr als genug Platz für unsere 6-köpfige Familie. Die Einrichtung im Shabby-Look hat uns gut gefallen. Und auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sollte es doch mal an irgendeiner Kleinigkeit gefehlt haben, war Adriana jederzeit ansprechbar. Für unsere Kinder war der Pool, wenngleich er nicht übermäßig groß ist, der Hit und wurde jeden Abend genutzt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Dejligt hus og have i skøn lille by med gåafstand til den lokale is-cafe, pizzaria, købmand mm. Sød og hjælpsom værtsfamilie i nabohuset. Pænt og rent. Eneste minus var at strømmen slog fra, når opvaskemaskinen var tændt. Fin beliggenhed for udflugter. Solrig have med spisebord i skyggen under vinrankerne fungerer godt som base for afslapning for hele familien.

Nice well presented accommodation

Very nice well presented accommodation. All facilities as described. Communications from Adriana where excellent all replies within an hour. Located in small village under the mountains. Easy access to the lovely sandy beaches within 5 miles. We were able to go to Pisa a couple of times with all its history worth a visit. We also went to Lucca which was excellent I had not heard before but the city inside the walls is very vibrant and only 25 minutes drive. Also we went to Florence which is also a lovely city with many monuments. The pool at the villa although a little cool in September was nice to relax in. All necessary kitchen equipment , home from home. The only suggestion I would make to Adriana is that maybe a small portfolio with where bars, restaurants and supermarkets are would be helpful. I would add we had no problem finding them but usually find information left in other villas. All in all thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir waren im August 2017 als Familie in der Villa Linda bei Adriana und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vor allem die Gastfreundschaft von Adriana war erstklassig. Auch die Villa war komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Zudem ist die Villa sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber wir hatten mit unseren beiden Jungs richtig viel Spaß und er reicht vollkommen aus, um sich nach einem heißen Tag in der Toskana zu erfrischen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Adriana für eine tolle Woche Bernd, Bettina, Jonas und Vincent

Sonne, Pool und Strand - das ist Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, in dem man nichts vermisst. Für Kinder ist der Pool eine illkommene Badegelegenhiet unmittelbar vor Ort. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt, ebenso die tollen Städte Pisa, Florenz und Lucca. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Los datos no son correctos

Hemos alquilado la casa 7 días y la piscina no existe o no está colocada en semana santa. No es una villa ni una casa de campo , es un duplex (con una buhardilla que sería el tercer piso con unas escaleras peligrosas , así que si vais con niños contar que la casa es para máximo 6 personas). La dueña de la casa entra a diario en el jardín para hacer lavadoras por lo que la intimidad es escasa. Por lo tanto , el que busque un sitio para dormir y punto es correcto , nada más .No es una villa lujosa , no es una casa de campo , etc... Hay un lavabo para todo el mundo amplio , y el segundo está en la buhardilla por lo que es casi inservible o digamos poco cómodo , por lo que no se utiliza.

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin Adriana. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern,es war sehr sauber.Küchenausstattung perfekt ,es ist alles da . Bäcker ,Eisdiele und kleiner Supermarkt direkt im Ort(Fußweg 3-5 min) Man sollte unbedingt das Restaurant besuchen in dem Adriana arbeitet,sehr lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausherrin

Die Angaben zum Feriendomizil waren sehr genau dargsestellt und alle Dinge die in Ausstattung und Lage versprochen wurden, werden eingehalten. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, zwar sind manche Einrichtungsgegenstände in einem etwas älteren Zustand, aber sie erfühlen ihren Zweck. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, der Garten ist zwar nicht so groß, dafür aber auch schön, in die Einfahrt passen problemlos zwei Autos rein (wir waren mit einen Opel Zafira und einen Honda Civic vor Ort (Minivan und Kleinwagen)). Der Pool ist jetzt nicht der größte, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck voll und ganz zum Abkühlen und plantschen reicht es vollkommen aus. Mit den 8 Leuten mit denen wir vor Ort waren hatten wir nie das Gefühl das wir ständig den anderen belästigen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsberiet, zum Beispiel hatten wir ein Problem mit einem unserer Autos und die Vermierin hat uns sofort geholfen und hat sogar dafür gesorgt das wir Geld sparen konnten. Sie hat uns oft frisches Obst gebracht und auch die Wäsche für uns gewaschen. Familie und Freunden würde wir das Haus auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Als Freizeitattraktionen sind zu emphelen: Ein Besuch in Pisa, da es nicht so weit weg ist, das Restaurant in dem die Vermiterin arbeitet, der Strand in Viareggio und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gute in Viareggio. Ein letzter Hinweis: Wenn das Navigationsystem sie durch eine umgepflasterte Straße kurz vor dem Zielort leitet fahren sie da nicht durch!! Denn wir sind dort stecken geblieben und mussten uns abschleppen lassen .

Dejligt rummeligt hus med skøn have og pool

Vi var 8 voksne i huset i en uge, og vi havde det dejligt i skønne omgivelser. Huset var godt indrettet og rummeligt og haven skyggefuld. Adriana er meget venlig og hjælpsom, og vi nød ferien.
