Welcome to this stylish and peaceful oasis in the rear of a stunning Californian bungalow home.
This architecturally designed property is just across the road from Ardrie park, close to a variety of public transport options, shops, excellent cafes, wine bars and a huge variety of restaurants, Monash Uni, Caulfield racecourse and Chadstone.
Enjoy your own outdoor space with bbq
The space
Featuring polished floorboards, a split system heater/air conditioner for year-round comfort, This light filled, self contained, free standing, one bedroom unit
Guest access
Entry to Carinya Cottage is through the side of the house. For security, there is a locked gate and sensor lighting to make it easy to access at night. Guests are welcome to use the garden and entertainment area outside the cottage.
Other things to note
We do have a delightful and well trained Labrador called Ally, who is always happy to play
