My family stayed at the apartment for over 2 weeks and was comfortable. Two of the rooms and one bathroom were not properly cleaned and numerous maintenance items needed to be addressed including lights, faucets, and windows. On the final day of the stay a man and a woman entered the house prior to our departure time and in fact walked into our bedroom!!!!! This was without any announcement or prior notice. They continued to be rude while speaking to the person still in bed with no care for personal space and the complete violation of personal rights. They demanded that we leave and that we were supposed to be out the day prior. This was false and we were well within the paid rental time. When notified - the owner fully acknowledged the incident and admitted fault to a “honest mistake”. The owner did offer an apology message however seemed far more concerned as to the arrival time of the cleaners opposed to the serious incident which happened. When Vrbo was contacted - (after an incredibly painstaking process of virtual bs) the resolution was far from acceptable. Basically it was a short apology and thanks for letting us know. Anyone staying here or using the Vrbo platform should be aware of their personal safety and that of their family.
