We've got you covered when it comes to staying hydrated, with a Nikken water filter and fully stocked kitchen appliances, including a Nespresso machine. And if you need to buy sealed water from a nearby convenience store, we have three jug containers available for your convenience.

Need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem! Our apartment comes with a washing machine available for free. To reduce our impact on the environment, we kindly ask our guests to air dry their clothes, there being no tumbler dryer on premises. We believe in responsible tourism and taking small steps to help make the world a better place.

Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment, including four spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, and a comfortable living room. The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, desks for your home office needs, and washing machine for your laundry needs. We kindly ask our guests to air dry their clothes to reduce our impact on the environment.

We ask that guests care for the apartment as if it were their own, and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived. Please respect the property and its contents, and do not remove anything from the apartment. Over the past two years we have been favored by hundreds of guests and love being able to service you.

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and are available to help you with anything you need throughout your stay.

If you have any special requests, don't be shy and ask us! We'll do our best to find a solution and transfer the cost of the request with no additional fee on our end.

We've had guests order catering services, daily cleaning services (in addition to the cleaning fee included on Airbnb), and even set up pedicures and manicures for bachelorette groups.

In the heart of the most vibrant and diverse community in the city, Colonia Condesa, very safe and down-to-earth, one of the busiest and most coveted by international travelers the world over.

You can park two cars, one inside the property in a private parking, and one right outside, blocking the first car's exit. (please look at the howto videos we will provide you with). It's a very safe street in the heart of Condesa, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in Mexico City. We provide an interactive map for guests to explore the neighborhood, with recommendations on the best places to visit and how to get around, including the metro and bus stops that are within walking distance from the property.

From our location, you'll be able to easily access all the must-see attractions, restaurants, and bars that Condesa has to offer.

Metro Chilpancingo (Line 9): This is the closest metro station to the property, located about a 10-minute walk away. The metro is an affordable and efficient way to get around Mexico City.

Ecobici bike-sharing system: There is a bike-sharing station located right outside the property. Guests can rent bikes and explore the neighborhood at their own pace.

Uber/Lyft: Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in Mexico City and can be a convenient way to get around the city.

Taxis: Taxis are also a common mode of transportation in Mexico City. Guests can hail a taxi from the street or use a ride-hailing app like Cabify.

We have worked tirelessly to create a magical and comfortable environment that we hope you will enjoy to the fullest.

One of the four bedrooms is located separately (fifteen steps) from the other three, accessible through the kitchen, which provides added privacy and convenience for larger groups or different sleep schedules. Our apartment comfortably sleeps 7 (seven), however a person could sleep in the living room if need be. The layout is: King bed (2), Queen bed (2), 2 individual beds (2) that can be put together for a king, 1 Individual bed (1 person) for a total of 7. An eighth person could sleep in the sofa in the living room, but this is not ideal, but is possible.

We will do everything in our power to ensure you have a wonderful stay, and we look forward to hosting you and your group!

If your check out is on a weekend, please make sure you contact us because our staff is only there on Saturdays until 2 PM so if it is after that or on a Sunday we need to speak about how to check out.
Welcome to our family condo! We want to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. Please take note of the following rules:

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm. We request that loud music not be played after this time as it can disturb other guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We request that you smoke outside the premises for the safety and comfort of all guests.

For your safety, we have a high-security lock on the main entrance. It is important that you close the door when you enter or leave the property.

Please make sure that the number of guests you declared upon booking is adhered to. If you have any special requests, please contact us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is seven, as per the local fire codes and ordinance mandates.

Our check-in time is between 4 and 8 pm. However, if you require an early check-in and there is no guest checking out on the same day, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements, and review the listed cost of expedited cleaning.

Please note that the doorman is only available from 9 am to 7.30 pm on weekdays. The keys to the outer door are inside the apartment, so your initial arrival must be within this time window, or contact us to arrange a different setup.

Please do keep in touch regarding this. We allow early check-in and late check-out for a set fee of 25 USD for 4 hours each, unless there is a guest already using their possibility (we are thankfully a very popular location so we need to check if we are able to accomodate your request).

Parties are not allowed in the property. If we do get a noise violation from the HOA, we are fined as owners in the amount of 250 USD which we will transfer to you. We are strict about this rule to keep a peaceful atmosphere for our mainly family-oriented community - this is the fine that the homeowners association levies upon infractors, not an arbitrary rule of ours. There are very stiff legally binding rules regarding this in Mexico City which make it a very delicate matter. Of course, if any damage to the property we would discuss it with you to make proper arrangements.
