Perfect location

My group specifically stayed here to explore the area. There were many restaurants/coffee shops/bars in walking distance that we took advantage of. It was also very easy to get Ubers in and out of the area when we wandered a little farther. The property itself was very secure and clean. The property manager Andrea reached out a few times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful place

The apartment was beautiful and very quiet, loved hearing the birds in the morning. Nice kitchen, appreciated the coffee ands tea and water filter! Nice having good shampoo and products in the bathrooms. 3 bathrooms!! Having a washing machine was great! Having a keyless entry was amazing and so easy. The host was very helpful! Enjoyed our stay world highly recommend it

This apartment was in a perfect location for our 9 day stay. We were able to walk to every restaurant we went to, great coffee shop at the corner.The doormen were helpful although they didn’t speak any English.However, we do have some suggestions that would improve the apartment. The 2 sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable, so much so that we would only sit on them for a few minutes. They look good but aren’t t very functional. The dining table was nice and large but the chairs around it were as uncomfortable as the sofas. Since our son-in-law and daughter worked remotely while we were there, it made working at the table rough.The 2 bedrooms were very nice and large; the bathrooms were adequate.The water in the showers was very difficult to regulate. It was almost impossible to take a shower at the right temperature; it was either too hot or too cold.It would have been nice to have some information about not putting toilet paper in the toilets. As we are American we didn’t know.Overall the apartment is lovely and the neighborhood is phenomenal.
