紐約南中城酒店住宿推介

「空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错」

「地點方便。」

「Terrible service, noisy surroundings.** There were car horns and constant mechanical noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. Starting at 9 AM, there was loud, sharp construction noise in the building, and the cleaning staff kept slamming doors, creating even more disturbance. The accommodation conditions were very poor and we couldn’t get any rest. This was by far our worst stay ever. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...

「Embassy Suites are tiny, unlike the images you see on their website. I could barely open two suitcases at one time. Except for the regular shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and a few towels nothing else was provided. Customer service is zero to none. Not all staff are helpful or friendly. The only upside is the location.」

「Great hotel near the Hudson yards subway station. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly.」

「Room was too small and not in a good proportion to the price charged. Poor amenities - paper cups with Teflon coating health risk and with environmental hazards. No glass or mug despite the request. Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. This is another thing must be fixed asap. Slow response - room services. Friendly, diligent and helpful staff at breakfast. Good...

「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」

「Super nice 💯 services and great staffs! Will be our first accomodation choice in NYC. 」

「after this visit, my wife made me promise to NEVER book a tapestry collection from Hilton. The room was very small, about a foot between the end of the bed and the wall, there was no closet, only a mirror with some hangers hanging behind it, how are you supposed to hang up anything. the shower was a decent size, but that is all, the night stands were little 12" diameter tables, a window air conditioner was noisy, Just not anything that I would expect from the Hilton Brand, especially at 300.00...
