DON'T choose this if there's other option.
Tiny, dark room with old facilities. The hotel lift is the smallest one that I have ever seen. Accectable price with good location. But I WON'T suggest unless there's no other choice.

我是在4月18日透過貴網站預訂Bolzano飯店,價格未含稅NT3475(含早餐)的標準雙人床,7月16當日下午3點多我前往check in,櫃檯人員告知我因浴室整修,所以請我們到鄰街的Canoa飯店入住 ,同樣房型價格一樣 ,於是大中午我們又拖著沉重的行李到CANOA飯店,內心很無奈. 入住後發現冷氣不冷,房間地板有灰塵 ,浴室的洗髮精,沐浴乳,肥皂包裝上的飯店名稱都不同 ,顯然是收集別家飯店的用品拼裝而成的,但因為我們只停留一晚,心想不要計較太多 . 飯店離中央火車站很近,於是我們放好行李就離開飯店前往赴進景點旅遊 ,直到晚間回到飯店,雖然飯店號稱有按摩浴缸,但我還是習慣淋浴,只是水龍頭出水不大,排水更緩慢 ,洗完澡後的浴缸發現污濁的漂流物,我一一清理浴缸內的毛髮和汙物,接下來輪到而兒子洗澡 ,他想試試按摩浴缸,結果,污濁的漂流物不斷從排水孔浮出,兒子驚慌跳出浴缸,結束洗澡,因為已經深夜,我們累了,就和衣而睡. 翌日我將浴室景況用相機拍下拿給飯店人員看,請他們將服務費退給我們 ,因為服務太差,櫃台人員不肯,最後協調只退了城市稅8歐元。 也就是我們付了3823元,在米蘭得到的卻是非常糟糕的服務。(櫃台告訴我們Bolzano和Canoa兩間飯店是同老闆的)這次我們也到佛羅倫斯和威尼斯旅遊,都是訂火車站附近的飯店,分別是60歐和85歐，相較米蘭的110.歐,真是令人失望!! 我同時發現，越早訂米蘭飯店並未享受優惠,,反而更貴!今天我試定Bolzano7月30日只要2274元,而我在4月提早預訂卻要3823元多了NT1549元.貴網站在網頁上載明:訂貴了可退回價差，我誠摯地希望退回價差和服務費。

普通的住宿經驗
地點離火車站及地鐵腳程3分鐘，對面就有超市開到晚上九點半非常方便，即使沒有飯店沒有早餐也不用擔心。 櫃檯人員態度一般般，因為飯店房間數不多，進出都會打照面，我們來回多次總評感覺冷淡。 房間內床單有一大塊黃漬，因不影響使用所以沒有換；牆上空調設備似有若無，幸好天氣涼爽只好開窗讓空氣流通即可。

離米蘭車站步行5分鐘是最大的賣點， 但飯店人員服務態度中等， 無法提供什麼額外的服務， 房間小，床墊品質中下， 暖氣無法正常使用， 因為費用考量， 1日短期住宿尚可接受。

Very good choice near by central station
乾淨清潔，房間很大，早餐豐盛，地點離中央車站很近，對面有超市很方便！只是移動都要靠地鐵，走路3分鐘就到了。這裡附近很多旅館，算是旅館密集區。治安感覺不差。

鄰近火車站及地鐵，出入非常方便。酒店對面是超市，但房間內沒有雪櫃。房間設施尚算新，整潔，唯獨暖氣不足，晚上很冷，以及WIFI接收不好。

旅館門口就有超市，距離米蘭中央車站走路約10分鐘可到，環境安靜且基本設備都有，室內空間設計佳，暖氣開關需詢問櫃台，已經掛請勿打擾的紙牌的情況下，打掃人員仍然自己拿鑰匙跑進房間！

作为蜜月旅行在意大利米兰的落脚处，从米兰中央火车站步行到酒店前台大概10分钟，位置比较好找，就在路上。我订的公寓正如描述说在副楼，是在酒店前台旁边的一条路上，bestwestern酒店的对面。房间在3楼，大门、电梯、房间都需要用钥匙，感觉安全。还有厨房可以自己煮饭，炉具、器具都比较新。房间大小适中，新装修，洗手间感觉很干净。每天都会有人收拾卫生。

For det første var det et problem med mitt navn som inneholder en "ø", som ofte skrives "oe" men på hotellet var det bare "o" (Til å begynne med, fant de meg ikke og jeg fikk nesten kjeft!). Det luktet vondt på badet (kloakklukt av gamle rør) og det var dårlig vanntrykk i toalett. Unngå rom 25. Rom 36 var mye bedre.

Needs smartening up
This hotel is convenient for the station but is in need of an upgrade. It is rather shabby. The staff were friendly. I did not try breakfast as, unusually for Italy, it was an extra cost. Would not stay again.
