「We are 2 couples and absolutely loved the 2 large bedrooms with a balcony off both right on Lake Como. The office is conveniently right next door to get the keys and there is a great restaurant just a few feet in the other direction. Menaggio is a lovely, quiet town. There is a beautiful walkway along the lake with a surprise mini-golf course at the end! Easy walk to the ferry to get to the other towns, but expect long lines to get back on the ferry in Varenna and pure mayhem in Bellagio!!!...

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「This is a nice place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The whole area is wonderful to see with many beautiful villas and quaint towns. It is also at a convenient train stop in Varenna that is also near a ferry stop. You need to be aware that you have to walk into town or drive your own car or schedule a a taxi. I would definitely stay here again. Mary was very accommodating also.」

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
