酒店位于老城区，从火车站上去需要走很长的一段上坡，拖着行李箱很不方便。定的是双人房，跟国内的连锁酒店很像，甚至还没有国内的好，性价比不高。服务态度还不错，有欢迎饮料。

酒店位于半山腰，出火车站后需坐一部环线公交抵达。周围小镇风情很赞，酒店外观非常好看，旁边还有一个小水池，本身就是一道风景。内部装潢充满艺术气息，服务态度超好，热情礼貌，一进酒店就送每人一杯饮料。房间整洁干净，只是卫生间稍小，情侣蜜月推荐。不过注意，公交车晚上8点半以后就没了，如果在湖边玩得晚了，只好走路上山，这段路可不短。

Very nice old part of the town
Very nice hotel and the surroundings were really nice as well. A nice park ("Donner") nearby with a good view over the lake and Montreux. Staff was friendly and helpfull (they explained many things like where to park and how to use the public transpart which is offered for free) Unfortunately the building itself is quite noisy. One could hear cars and even bicycles outside breaking during the night, as well as chairs moving in other rooms and other guests talking in the hall way. One could even hear the lightswitch beying used in the adjacent room. So be advised to bring earplugs if one is a light sleeper.

Fint opphold i bra og stille område med flere koselige kafeer og restauranter i nærheten. Dyrt for størrelsen og hva man får, men ingen negativer utover prisen.

Room was infested with bed bugs. First night was OK but second night was miserable. I informed front desk promptly at checkout. They just waived 20 CHF. No other intention or effort to remediate the problem. Avoid it

Toller Aufenthalt in Montreux! Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, man ist aber trotzdem sehr schnell am See unten. Schade war, dass es keine Hotel-Parkplätze hatte, obwohl dies so geschrieben war. In der Nähe hat es allerdings ein kostenpflichtiges Parking. Frühstück war einfach dazubuchbar und lecker. Tolles Ambiente dort!

I booked a room with a balcony and they gave me a regular one. When you check in, you're supposed to get the right room without having to ask. After a certain hour at night there is no one at the reception, and that night there was a scandal in the rooms next door that they did not let us sleep all night and we could not do anything since there was no hotel staff. There were no food options nearby, everything was closed. To make a delivery to the room was a dare, and we had to beg for help. In the end, I don't recommend it at all.

De passage sur Montreux pour 1 nuit, l’hôtel est accueillant et la déco Jazz est très sympa. Les chambres sont sont propres et confortables. J‘y retournerai avec plaisir.

The Tralala is a quirky little hotel in the hills above Montreux's waterfront with a music theme. The staff was super nice and accommodating, finding extra bed pillows for us and letting us check in early. We were in room 307. Two narrow twin beds. No AC, but a fan was provided. There was a safe in the room. A shower but no tub. They had wash cloths -- a big plus for Americans! There were plenty of outlets for phones, e-readers, laptops, but bring plug converters. The room had a window, from which, if you leaned to the left, you could just espy Lake Geneva. The location is not in the center of town. This is a plus (quiet) and a negative (a steep walk down to get to restaurants, shops, etc.). However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is great! We did not take breakfast at the hotel, nor have a drink in the bar, so can't comment on that. One note: the hallways are a little foreboding, with painted cement walls that are a bit prison-like. But who spends a lot of time in the hallway anyway?! We would stay here again.

Plus: position above the city so you can enjoy lake view. Located among old part of the town which is very attractive. Very clean and cosy. Bus station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Minus: again position when it comes to reach it by walk. Walking up the hill is a bit hard. Room very small. Very hard to get unpack and then there is no garderobe closet. Room a bit noisy since it overlooks the street. Basic toiletries . No air condition.

Well situated but ... tried to cheat us.
Room reserved thru e-booking: Superior. Room given at Hotel: Standard. Hotel staff tried to make us not aware of the difference and then owners tried to reimburse only part of the difference. This is not the way we like to be treated !!

Wir hatten eine gute Anreise. Wurden gut begrüsst. Service war sehr gut und es gab keine komplikationen. Das morgenessen hätte ruhig noch dabei sein können sonst war alles sehr gut.

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé.
Petit hôtel au charme certain. Nous y avons dormi une nuit car nous allions voir un concert à l'auditorium Stravinski. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à 15 minute de ballade de la salle de concert. Les chambres sont petites mais très propres et accueillantes. Il manque juste un tout petit peu d'espace de rangement pour une personne qui y resterait plus d'une nuit. Les petites ruelles alentours sont magnifiques et l'hôtel n'est qu'à 10 min du bord du lac.

O hotel se salva pelo Staff super atencioso. O quarto é muito pequeno, desconfortável. A localização não é boa. Pelo mapa parece perto dos pontos turísticos, mas o aclive faz parecer muito mais longe. Precisamos usar táxi para tudo.
