Avoriaz 1800 is a unique pedestrianised ski in ski out resort. To preserve the environment and ensure a relaxing and safe holiday for you and your family cars are not allowed in the resort.

A TRUE KITCHEN where nothing is missing! No kitchenette with us, induction hob, dishwasher so that each is at rest, a microwave for the impatient, oven to feast mountain specialties.

BATHROOM REFINED. Italian shower room and well being to recover after full days of skiing, quietly listening to his music. We will provide towels: a bath towel and a towel per person.

BRIGHT AND GENEROUS LIVING ROOM with large screen HD TV, game console Wii, dimmer, WiFi, sofa with a large storage locker.
Bar area and large closet for all your belongings. Audio sound system for your iphone or otherwise.

At the entrance, 2 bunk beds discover your old wood for 2 persons each. Mattress and cozy duvet, HD TV, light and independent decision, and curtains to isolate themselves.

Beautiful property in central location
Great location but be aware you are directly above a popular bar with loud music till the early hours. Ski in and out. Most lights were not working as the switch was broken. A sharp screw was sticking out of a bunk bed causing a cut hand and most importantly the shower flooded the whole apartment. It took an hour of mopping up and anything on the floor was totally soaked including suitcases. After no attendance from maintainence we cleared the shower drain ourselves which was blocked solid !! Yuk ! The light switch was replaced on our last day. The sharp screw was hit with a hammer making it stick out the other side. My solution of a wine cork at each side was probably safer. Internet was very intermittent. No reply about asking owner about promised free tickets to the swimming pool. However, we had a marvellous holiday. Great central location. Bakery below for fresh bread. Really well equipped kitchen allowed you to cook if you wanted. Great for our party of 2. A family of 4 could manage. I think 6 people would be really overcrowded. In summary, a great place, beautifully decorated but let down by poor maintenance. It’s possible the owner doesn’t know that these faults have occurred. We were given a telephone number to call which we did. They could not accept instructions from us and told us to contact the owner. This seemed to take several days. We would return but ask for an assurance that the shower was functioning and no more mopping would be required !!

Appartement au centre de la station très bien placé si on veut de l'animation. Les propriétaires ont fait un réel effort pour que l'appartement soit beau et agréable. Comme un petit chalet. Et l'accueil est parfait.

Location couldn't be better! We were right above the bakery. Perfect hosts!
We loved our view! And our accommodations! Everything in this well appointed chalet was top notch, and as our two girls commented, so modern. We had two ski lockers on the first floor, and we were on the second floor. Directly across from our condo building was the tourist center, the place to buy lift tickets, and lots of restaurants and bars. Now, what I will add here does not lower their 5 star rating by any means, but I want the owners to be aware of these noted items. Oftentimes there was no signal for any of our tv's which is good. We had to play card games! Maybe besides the Wii games board games can be provided. You need an iPod if you want to use their surround sound. I would make only a couple of suggestions to the owners: since we cooked our lunches, it would have been lovely to have seasonings to use; having real coffee and many more bags of tea available would have also been great; and finally, we would have appreciated having more than one and a half rolls of toilet paper. But truly, this is the perfect place for a family vacation! We will be back, and we would love to return to this very same chalet. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and beautiful place.

Very charming and great location
Our stay in this apartment was great. The place was clean and very nicely decorated and we, as a family of 5, were very comfortable. Great location in the center of the main street close to all amenities and the lifts. Nice touch with our hostess Benedikte's warm attentions.
