From the outside thee hotel looks scary because of how dirty the windows/glass is. I thought it’d be a chaos but once inside it’s supper clear and spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, everything tasted great. The food at the restaurant was okay, a little cold. The customer service at the pool is horrible and the pool very cold. Jacuzzi was broken and you have to reserve a time at the pool and the day we checked in there were no reservations left which was very bad as we only stayed one night, but we were able to get a 9am spot the next day. Massage at the spa was awesome, the receptionist in the spa was great and nice. After all we had a good experience and the hotel is nice inside. Definitely needs work outside.

Excellent clean hotel, close to Olympisky Stadium, about 15-20mins walk to the nearest metro station. The pool, sauna and the gym as extra bonus were great.

К сожалению в бассейн удалость попасть только на вторые сутки . Надо записываться заранее .Большим плюсом для нас оказалось, бесплатное хранение вещей в течении дня после освобождения номера в 12 Часов .В остальном всё понравлюсь, остались положительные впечатления об отдыхе , думаю что вернёмся в этот отель .

El hotel tiene un buen servicio calidad-precio y el personal es atento Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el servicio diario a estas es excelente. Mercados cerca, así como excelentes lugares para comer, está bastante céntrico. mi novio y yo descargamos una app llamada yandex go y nos trasladábamos a cualquier punto de la ciudad a hacer turismo sin ningún problema con todo y q no hablamos el idioma local Muy buena estancia la verdad

The hotel is right next to a beautiful park with lots of trees and a lake. Some of the staff were not very helpful when it came to resolving a problem that arose towards the end of our stay. There was nothing serious, they just wouldn’t help us out in any way referring to some nonexistent rules of the hotel.
