前台及服務員工不諳英語; 客房角落有可見塵埃; 清潔不全面(少給毛巾, 垃圾桶沒倒); 沒通知情況下鎖上冰箱; 酒店周圍除food court外只有極少cafe; 周圍環境殘舊. 優點只有近火車站, 可是不值得以數天的住宿體驗換一點去火車站的時間.

Pleasant Stay in Moscow
Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Worth to pay extra to get access of executive lounge. The lounge had a good selection of breakfast. The staff were quick with your coffee. The room was clean. The location is great. It is so close to train station if you want to go to Sergiyev Posad.

不知所謂的五星級酒店
晚上到酒店,非煩忙時間,進酒店沒人理會。Reception各做各的事,沒人理會。大堂經理只對歐洲人有笑容,其他的當看不見。、 早餐餐廳細小,接待混亂,有的叫在門囗等,有的竟叫到大堂等。食物不足,種類小。 此酒店唯一方便是近火車站。

不错的选择
为了转车去谢尔盖耶夫镇方便,就入住了希尔顿。是斯大林时代留下的建筑——七姐妹之一。建筑很漂亮,房间很大,早餐也不错,有我的最爱——烟熏三文鱼。装修略有点老,维护得很干净。卫生间的感觉像国内四星标准,有浴缸和淋浴。我们住2楼,不能用主电梯。前台没有提醒,我们提着很重的行李在台阶上下,蛮痛苦的。后来门童送我们上去的。当然给了他小费。价格嘛!还可以。

Nice stay. Gorgeous building and decoration with great facilities. A bit far from the metro station though. Take 10-15 minutes walk. No restaurant nearby. Service is excellent.

酒店宏伟壮观,房间舒适明亮,只是周围没有购物和吃饭的地方,适合转车临时过夜的旅客。
去俄罗斯之前就看好了这个酒店,房间真心不贵,房间很大,浴室超大,就是我们屋的暖气不好,我父母屋里暖气很足,但是我不建议在莫斯科游玩的人住这里,除了挨着火车站和地铁,没有什么购物和吃饭的地方,不是很方便,火车站附近比较混乱,东西也很不好吃,那种在莫斯科转车临时过夜的旅客适合在这里住,舒适的房间和宏伟的酒店建筑让人心情愉快,但当你看到周围的环境就不过如此了。

当且仅当需要赶早班火车时,才会入住的酒店
以一家五星级标准的酒店来看是不合格的——顶多四星级标准。 如果你需要赶早班火车,或者刚刚下晚班火车,那么这家酒店是不错的,或者说是唯一的选择。 如果不是的话,入住这家酒店就没什么必要了。 以五星级的标准:设施陈旧,浴室狭小,水流细微,早餐一般 以四星级的标准:酒店七姐妹的名声和富丽堂皇的大堂可以使你忘记差强人意的客房。 位置也比较偏僻,周围没什么东西,晚上会感到有点无聊。

就在圣彼得堡火车站旁边
酒店很好找,出了共青团站就能看到。酒店的左前方就是圣彼得堡火车站。对于旅游外出的人来说很方便。只是因为是火车站附近,人员有点杂乱,附近也没什么店,买东西不方便。酒店没有牙刷,游泳池也很小

I always stay at the Hilton when i visit Moscow. Price/quality sure one of the best hotels in Moscow. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is great, location of the hotel is good at walking distance from Red Square ( if you like to walk a bit ) and close to 3 train stations across the street. Because i am afraid of heights they always give me a room at the second floor without making problems. I can only recommend it !! :-)
