Limited accessibiliy
Stayed for one night during transit in Sheremeteyvo. Hotel is just next to the airport but can only be reached by their own shuttle bus which is really not expected and poor planning. They shoud build a bridge or tunnel for the ease of all. Room service dinner was tasty and efficient but some of the famous dishes sold out when we order at 8 pm. Kind of funny to merge 2 single bed into one large bed. Not the first time appearance in Europe though, tried once in Prague apartment. Staff express was helpful but not all speak english. Overall is a good hotel just if they can add a bridge or tunnel to the SVO terminals. XD

Это лучший отель в Шереметьево из всех, которые там есть. Заселение и выезд моментальные, чисто. Обслуживание в ресторанах отличное, вкусно. Из минусов - шаттлы. Это 20-местные микроавтобусы, которых явно не хватает в часы пиковой нагрузки.

Слабовато, был во всех сетевиках SVO и тут меньше всего понравилось. Какой то уже уставший отель, все шумит, скрипит. Напора воды вообще почти нет, но это общяя проблема у всех. Завтрак норм, но ничего особенного, как скажем в Р. Находится тоже как то по дурацки, вроде бы прям у аэропорта, но из за шоссе получается на островке, чтобы попасть в аэропорт все равно нужно переходить дорогу к другим гостиницам.

I have been a regular guest of the hotel. The reason is that The bed is very comfortable, the restaurant serves good quality food and the airport is within a short walking distance. On my way I had to take a PCR test and that's why I stayed 2 nights. It was the right decision so that I could relax more and do everything with no haste. Especially I want to compliment the person(s) who made a beautiful green wall in the restaurant area - a great job! Very pleasing to the eyes. What could be better - on arrival I and other guests had to wait because the computer failed. It would be nice if the hotel had a plan for such cases so that the guests didn't have to wait long. Also the showers are so hard to figure out! I could never understand how to work both of them - the hotel could make a small explanation and put it on the wall in the bathroom. In all, I had a nice stay.

Novotel's Spa made a great difference
It was only one night before my early morning flight but it was really worth to sleep over in Novotel Sheremetievo. An excellent possibility to spend some time in the Spa makes a great difference how you feel when you arrive home. I am 62. One hour in this Spa made my next day to a nice travel day.

The room was just OK, nothing special. The breakfast was very good indeed! Unfortunately, the service personel let the after-shave cream and the towel with small traces of blood of the previous male guest in the bathroom.
