I ask for a refund and I was told Expedia would reimburse me. The front desk manager Amy was terrible. There were stains on the bed spread on the pillow cases and burn holes on the bedspread and pillow cases. Suggested we go to another room. Still not good. Was told they had know what on site to change the bedding. I was also in a non smoking room. I would appreciate getting a refund right away but would not recommend this motel to anyone.

This property is horrible and we canceled our reservation before checking into room. We were told by staff we would get a complete refund . Property is filthy and staff were as rude and disrespectful as you could possibly be. This place needs to be shut down.

Stayed here a few times before. This time they charged me an extra 25 dollars even though i paid when i booked. Will probably stay elsewhere next time. Good room, good location though.

Cigarette burns in bedding. The ac unit is literally hanging off the wall. Hair is on the floor and bedding. Tv does not work. All towels have stains on them. Its like they have never heard of bleach! The lady up front refused to give me toiletries for the bathroom and was rude! I will never stay here again. The super 8 right by it are owned by the same people and it is as nasty and worse! Do NOT stay at these motels! Not enough bedding. The property around the building is nasty. The shower curtain is riddled with mold. Please do not stay here no matter how cheap it is!

Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!!!
Water pressure was awful, TV would not work. No elevator. Kotex taped on ceiling to cover up smoke detector! Pillows were awful, very small and flat. Never anyone stayed at front desk. Anyone could have walked in at any time and did whatever! I want a refund!

Waffle House is a close walking distant, you have other hotels near you, and gas stations around. The only things we did not like were: our comforter had holes in them from cigarettes, pur fridge had mold in it and I personally had to clean it out for me to use it, our shower had a huge hole in the side of it was was just patched with bondo and caulk, our shower curtain had mold on it, the toilet did not all the way, they tell u they have a pool and they do not, you will wait at the front desk for many minutes before someone comes to help you, they come in your rooms when your gone to turn your ac off, and when we came back from breakfast we caught them doing it and they were rearranging our bedding and we did not ask for housekeeping.

It’s a motel 6 so expectations weren’t high. For the most part the hotel was relatively clean. Our room service wasn’t the best. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good location for dining. Everything is close. Walmart is about a 7 minute drive. There’s a Waffle House you can walk to. Only smelled smoke twice in my 7 day stay.
