An expansive deck wraps around a live white oak tree, creating the sensation of floating in a treehouse. You`ll be immersed in nature but without sacrificing luxury and comfort.

Keep your exercise routine with the detached yoga pavilion and exercise center (Keiser bike, mats, weights, resistance bands). Afterwards unwind in the jetted hot tub or the aromatic cedar barrel sauna with panoramic window; cool down with a splash under the Scandinavian rinse bucket. The outdoor barrel shower (room for two with dual heads) and Japanese-style soaking tub (also a cold-plunge) complete your thermal wellness ritual.

Inside, a fully stocked kitchen has drip coffee machine and Chemex, an electric gooseneck kettle, and a manual grinder for gourmet caffeinated mornings. Fire up dinner on the propane grill or the Ninja pizza oven (up to 750° for Neapolitan style pies).

Entering the home requires ascending 11 steps to the deck and front door. Ask Alexa to control music in the Hot Tub, Sauna, Yoga Pavillion, and Living spaces.

Outside music other than on the existing Alexa enabled smart speakers is not permitted.

Quiet hours are enforced between 10PM and 9AM, but excessive extended noise is not permitted at any time. Violation of Noise policy will result in being asked to leave the property.

Please do not leave food outside or trash bags with organic material outside on deck or in yard. We have diverse wildlife in the area. While dangerous human/animal interaction is virtually unheard in this area, we do have nuisance animals in the forest including racoons, coyotes and bears that can make a mess of trash bags. Place garbage bags (bagged garbage only) in the locking can by the road.
