フロントに用事があり行くも不在で携帯電話の番号が記載されていました。電話しても留守電になり出ることは有りませんでした。 チェックアウト時に照明の球切れを伝えたかったのですが電話中で、どーぞとのジェスチャーをされたため伝えることなくチェックアウトしましたが、宿泊客が帰るときには一度電話を止めて欲しいです。

部屋の掃除はちょっと行き届いてない感じで わんちゃんのフードが落ちてたり 部屋に置いてある部屋着も2枚のうち1枚が 誰かが着た物をそのまま畳んで 置いてあるんじゃないかと思うくらい 臭かったので気持ち悪かった したので 気持ち悪かったです

2人で2部屋申し込んだら階違いの部屋にて変更して頂くも対応が悪かった。 部屋の電球が切れている。 エアコンのリモコンが電池少なく操作困難であった。 ホテル入口にカフェがあるのかと想ったら何も無かった。 フロントへの連絡は自分のスマホから。 内線の電話がなかった。 お風呂のお湯が温度が上がらなくぬるいお湯しか出なかった。 値段の割にサービスが悪かった。 部屋の窓から見える景色は壁で何も見えず。

空気清浄機が設置されていたのですが。タンクに水を入れようと外したところ、中がとても汚れていて、使う気になれませんでした。 また、禁煙の部屋でしたが、廊下がとてもタバコ臭かったのが残念でした。 大通りに面しているので八階でもかなり車の音がうるさかったです。
