"We had a truly pleasant experience at Holiday Inn Budapest Budaörs. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was courteous and efficient — I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who welcomed us so professionally. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture of the staff remembering my birthday — a lovely surprise that made our stay feel personal. The restaurant server (whose name I also regret not noting) was exceptionally friendly and suggested we try Palinka with dinner — a great local touch that added to the experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Budapest, nearby shopping areas, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay with attentive service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!"
