We are sure that before confirming the booking, an experienced member like you, did notice this as well as the room picturew. Kindly allow us to ask if the room features didn't meet your expectation prior the booking why would you have ever paid for it and furthermore at an "expensive rate" like you are saying? Sorry but it does not make sense.We can honestly say that your discounted last minute rate of 100 (50 each guest) in a week end high summer season for a double room 20+sm2 with balcony, Sea View on Capri Island and the Bay of Naples, wooden floor, A/C, Smart TV, luxurious made in Italy beddings, Nespresso machine, Electric boiler, Safe box, Coffee & Tea facilities, free minibar & snacks in the very Center of Naples in the most safe, reach and wealthy neighbor of Naples, historic 1800 building with Concierge is a matter of fact a discounted rate and a very convenient and we are sure you know that otherwise you wouldn't have booked it :)For your information the private bathroom is literellay two steps away, your idea of "far" is quite uncommon we would say.We hope to have the pleasure to welcoming you again in the future ideally in our Suite Sea View room "Capri" with en suite bathroom :)

Although we are sorry you found the room a bit noisy, we understand that many guests are not used to the vibrant and chaotic life of Naples, third biggest city in Italy. However we are on a fifth (and top floor) very far away from the street and we are sure that this and also the double glazed windows help a lot against the noise. Grazie mille per la bella recensione :) Ci fa molto piacere che abbia apprezzato, la superba posizione vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città nonostante ci troviamo nella Napoli bene, la parte più ricca e sicura della città. Tutte le camere del nostro B&B sono dotate di bagno privato non condiviso. La camera in cui lei è stato è la sola con il bagno privato appena fuori la camera sono letteralmente due passi. E' il piccolo prezzo da pagare per la superba vista Mare sul Golfo di Napoli e l'isola di Capri!
