Apartment 47 Bay Parklands
Brand new to the Belle Property Escapes boutique holiday property portfolio, in Port Stephens, Unit 47 Bay Parklands is the perfect beach getaway for all generations.
Located within a 200-300 metre short walk across the parklands to the water's edge at Little Beach in Nelson Bay, less than 100 metres drive to the newly constructed boat ramp at little beach, a few metres walk to the beachside children’s playground and plenty of park BBQ facilities within your reach. This unit provides a unique, tranquil getaway, set amongst the treetops in a parkland setting but close enough to the aqua blue water’s edge at Little Beach, providing filtered water views beyond from the balcony of the apartment.
This airconditioned 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit exudes that wow factor as you walk through the doors, through to the open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Tastefully set with a coastal Hamptons style vibe, the unit is surprisingly generous in space. Suitable for 7 guests, easily.
Open up the glass sliding doors to the rear balcony and enhale/feel the coolness of the sea breeze on a warm summers afternoon, water facing allowing the natural flow of the cool sea breeze off the water, or feel the warmth of the sun on a cooler winter morning.
The open plan living/lounge/dining area has a huge 55 Smart TV in the lounge (an additional TV with inbuilt DVD player in the main bedroom), plenty of seating and loads of natural light that pours into the unit from the large balcony, at the rear, allowing you to easily bring the outside in. There is a large dining table, set for 8 plus the provision of a highchair should you need it during your stay.
The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil you need, dishwasher, microwave, large family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, and if you don’t feel like cooking within the unit, there is a electric Weber BBQ and a bar fridge on the balcony for you to cook up a feast.
There are three large bedrooms, with plenty of space and hanging space, complimented by the comfort of ceiling fans, the main has its own bathroom (with a ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity).
The main bathroom has a bath and shower, separated by a powder room with separate vanity and a separate toilet area, including an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer also for your convenience.
Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres of manicured lawns and beautiful gardens.
There is a solar heated pool, tennis court, spa, and games room with table tennis, within the grounds of bay parklands for you to share with other patrons. The owners of the unit have generously provided the tennis racquets, balls, and racquets for the ping pong table, within the unit, for guests to use during their stay.
The location of Unit 47 is perfect for all ages, situated between Little Beach and Shoal Bay swimming beaches, and only a short walk into the heart of Nelson Bay, where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, grocery stores, bakeries, hairdressers, pubs and so much more. Equally as close to the Dalbora Marina where you can jump aboard a whale or dolphin watch cruise, take a scuba dive around the tropical waters surrounding the peninsula, or take a climb up to the Inner Lighthouse Café, famous for their perfect scones and coffee, whilst the Wests Diggers entertainment venue is only a short walk from your front door, and the Country Club Shoal Bay a couple of minutes’ drive down the road.
Bring your water toys for the best beach side holiday yet, there is plenty of secure storage under the building for your full use during your stay.
