Unit 6 Blue Vista is a renovated, stylish unit, tastefully furnished throughout, with a coastal feel and ambience. The main bedroom is located on the water side of the property, complimented with plantation shutter doors, which can be closed off to give privacy between both sleeping areas, during your stay. There is a with a modern functioning Queen wall bed in the main bedroom/second lounge, which can be shut away during the day, as it converts to an additional second lounge room area to ensure that you can all enjoy the stunning water views day and night.
The second bedroom area (common room area) is located in the middle of the apartment, open plan during the day, equally closed off to a sperate room during the night. Complete with a single day bed and single pull-out trundle, suitable for adults or children alike. Note: this area does not close off from the rest of the apartment as a bedroom so considered a common area.
There is a recently renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
The third open plan living area/ dining room has a wall mounted Smart TV complimented with the free unlimited Wi-Fi provided for your full use during your stay, and a fully functional electric fireplace to complete your romantic getaway. The open plan fully equipped kitchen area flows off the living area, complete with an under-bench oven, microwave, hotplates, and bar fridge.
The complex has a communal laundry with coin operated washing machine, dryer, and clotheslines in the private courtyard.
The unit has one car space provided and access is at the rear of the property off Victoria Parade.

The apartment is conveniently located right in front of Fly Point, Nelson Bay beach, within walking distance (less than a kilometre) to Little beach and the main beach at Shoal Bay, as well as being as equally close to the town centre of Nelson Bay. Everything you need for your perfect family getaway is within walking distance, of the front door. You can park your car, relax, or venture off and enjoy what this wonderful seaside town of Nelson Bay has to offer.
With everything at your fingertips, the Nelson Bay township is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, a local cinema, major grocery chains, boutique shopping, D'Albora Marina, close to the Golf and Bowling Clubs, and so much more. There is so much to see and do in this town, including taking a whale and dolphin watching cruise, taking a fishing charter or hiring a surf ski for a couple of fun filled hours on the water.
