Centrally located and spacious
We were appreciative of some special requests that were granted by management ahead of our arrival. This is an upstairs apartment with the nice view of the Ave. tree tops. Our pupp enjoyed the fresh air of the back balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was good - close to trolley and bus stops for trips to downtown when we didn’t want the hassle of parking a car.

Great stay for Tulane graduation
Our family of 6 stayed at the property to attend our daughter's graduation from Tulane. Great property. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Short drive to Tulane and French Quarter. Can walk to street car. Nice back patio area too. Easy parking on street. Neighborhood is "transitional" but that is NOLA. Nice security gate so felt secure. Very convenient. Would stay again!
