提前2周预定并支付2个房间2天的全额费用,下午1:30抵达后,告诉只准备好了一个房间,在等待半小时后询问,仍然没有准备好!于是外出午餐后3点返回,询问仍然没有准备好!! 2点check in , 结果3点还没有完成全部的check in。 客户晚check out , 会收取费用,那么酒店让客户晚入住是否退回部分费用?这是酒店管理系统不足,客户在2周前已经约定并支付了全额,酒店就提前准备好,不是等客户抵达才匆忙准备。
