旅行這件事，往往是過程中的人事物為他增添了更多的美好
港口大廳華語服務員不是很能表達意思 ，容易有誤解。飯店大廳水準較好，能清楚表達且服務態度佳。印象最深刻的是8/10中午 ，我們因為遊樂園玩水回飯店更衣後要去吃中餐，但餐廳buffet 門口的接待員說我們剩下2分鐘但還是讓我們吃。隨後一位男服務員，特徵戴眼鏡深色皮膚，跟著幫我們拿了好多食物在我們桌上，因為其他人正在收拾食物了。還有晚上的生日蛋糕驚喜。很謝謝飯店人員的服務，為這次生日之旅創造了美好回憶，謝謝

作为五星度假酒店，满分10分，我给9分。除了自助餐的食物可以更加新鲜和干净以外，其他都还不错。 地理位置很好，出门就是私人海滩。酒店游泳池很棒。Villa的游泳池也是循环水的。浴室里有浴盐可以泡澡。整个酒店WIFI覆盖。性价比超高。

A hotel which makes customers super relating
We had a great time in Nha Trang bay beach and hotel's pool. The waves are small and the ocean is clean. The oceanview room is also fantastic, we really had a good time there. Appreciate the bacony, it's very relaxing. BTW, if you stay in the hotel, you may take the speed boad from mainland to the island as free. The experience is also good.

渡假一流嘅酒店 香港出發去芽莊大概早上十點左右到達，坐的士由機場去check in 大堂大概40分鐘，check 完in 等有船再坐船入島，上島後因有不同嘅酒店，會有golf car車你過去酒店再check in....再者十二點左右到，要等到一點先有房唯有食野，二百蚊HKD一個中午自助餐一般般 結論 如果你想四圍行食野，呢間酒店完全唔適合你，始終係島上面 渡假一流真嘅，好舒服 可以去樂園行下有水上樂園大概300HKD一個 五分滿分 我會比四分

Vinpeal是一個很美的渡假村. 休閒至勝. 島上只有一個主題公園和一個寺廟. 除了這兩處, 別無其他景點, 而其他resort也在裝修興建中. 主要是美麗的海灘非常吸引,可惜今次我們在12月去, 非常大風, 天氣不適合暢泳, 所以帶了泳衣也没有游泳啊. 服務不錯.酒店清潔乾淨. 如想在芽莊其他景點, 要預算好坐接駁車和船的時間, 否則要等20-25分鐘. 建議加一點錢, 住海景房. 約HK$1000

位於珍珠島上，飯店景觀非常棒，直接面海及樂園城堡。飯店有很好的游泳池及沙灘，食物還不錯吃，有固定的接駁車前往碼頭及樂園。缺點則是吹風機有時會故障，冷氣會滴水，設施還有改進的空間。

本來是不錯的酒店, 但我小朋友不小心打破了洗手間內的擦牙玻璃杯，酒店的經理MR PHAM VU HOANG & GSA LE NGUYEN HOANG LAM SON , 堅持要本身賠償 VND25000, 在身的一名女職員甚至說只是少數目, 我覺得若酒店方面都覺得是少數目，為何要客人賠償呢?? 是5星級酒店的作風嗎??

本來是不錯的酒店， 各方面感覺良好。 可是，我的孩子不小心 打破了洗手間內擦牙的玻璃杯。 酒店經理Mr Pham Vu Hoang and the GSA Le Nguyen Hoang Lam Son, 一點也不體諒， 堅持要賠償。 另1位在旁的女職員甚至搭嘴說 25000 vnd只是很少數目。 既然少數目， 只是小朋友一時不小心， 為何堅持要客人賠償呢？？ 最後我當然賠了， 但我覺得作為1間5星級酒店 作出如此安排， 本人感到無語！！！

大堂泳池好，房间wifi视频信号较弱，高层山景房景观不好。
酒店非常满意，特别是大堂环境，泳池设施都很好。不过那个山景房确实不好看，住的顶楼11，后面的后山和之前的海景房相比之下觉得差太多太多，后山有个蓝色顶棚一样的类似塑料棚的顶棚感觉很不好看，掉档次。房价wifi信号不太好。其余都很满意。建议定海景房包三餐和游乐园，人多还可以定别墅套房，算下来价格差不多。

整个度假村的设计不错，只被分到山景房也没有连在一起的房间不是很开心，酒店的有家餐厅的海景很棒，沙滩的沙很细，但是酒店的泳池七点就关了，那么好的泳池不能晚上游有些可惜，酒店的自助餐早餐不错，酸奶很好吃，不过只有一家餐厅有菜单可以点菜，其他都是自助餐餐厅

整体不错。很多越南本地人和中国团游入住。
珍珠岛一共有三个酒店，这个酒店是最便宜的。位置不错，沙滩很好，三餐丰富，房间舒适，酒店服务人员也热情。下次如果再去珍珠岛，我会换个别墅住住。

The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service.

Service was horrible. We waited with 2 kids more than 20min before anyone came to see us. We are gold members and they refused to upgrade our room when all rooms were available. They asked us to pay to upgrade. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Luxury Vinpearl is a wayyyyy better choice for all aspects!
