2024二世古滑雪住宿
整體的體驗是很好的，從出發前飯店便會聯繫詢問是否需要到歡迎中心進行接送到飯店的服務，地圖上雖然看起來距離很近，但需要在下雪的天候中拖著行李走動還是很辛苦的。這次入住的客房在低樓層晚上還蠻安靜的，房間內也有相當足夠的空間可以放置個人平時所需的用品，以及有相當多的衣架可供使用，盥洗用具也有提供。 飯店的早餐就是自助式的吃到飽的形式，日式及歐式餐點都有可依個人喜好做選擇。 每天上雪場飯店都有接駁巴士可以乘坐，回程也有。可以說在往來雪場給予很大的便利性，萬一裝備有啥問題或是身體有不適也可以快速地往返。在滑完一天之後，晚上的時間有溫泉可以舒緩身體的疲憊感，也有健身房可以伸展或訓練自己的身體。這次的雪季運氣不錯有滑到幾天的粉雪，整體的旅遊體驗是良好的。 在入住的當下就有預約了退房時的接送往歡迎中心的車次，讓最後一天要離開時也可以很輕鬆的坐上往機場的巴士，並順利地結束了今年的旅程。

This is our second year staying at Chalet Ivy. Service has been great. We left one bag of luggage behind and your team is attentive and got it resolved. One thing to improve though. Last year, pickup after skiing was just 1 phone call away. This year, we had to wait for the ski shuttle. At one time, we had to wait for 1 hour, even when there was no traffic. Calling the front desk was not helpful as they are just like a broken record, asking us to wait for 15-20 minutes at least.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful and cosy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen ensuite is marvelous. 10 minutes walk to Hirafu Ski base. Ski rental staff super helpful and friendly with free shuttle bus to the base. Nice Breakfast. Restaurant open from 1200-2100 which is convenient.

在出發之前飯店便主動聯繫詢問到達時間，並表示可以提供比羅夫歡迎中心接送至飯店的服務，在天候比較差的環境提供這項服務真的很有幫助，尤其是要帶著行李及雪具如果要自行走至飯店真的有點困擾，住宿期間也都很順利，飯店內有提供雪具存放的地方，早上有早餐可以使用，也有提供至雪場的接駁車輛，晚上休息也有溫泉可以放鬆休息，如果需要伸展或自我訓練也有健身房可供使用，最後一天要退房離開，也可以提前預約至比羅夫歡迎中心的接送，可以說是完美的結束了一次的旅程。

飯店相當的整潔，還有巴士可以往返雪場，前台的服務人員也相當專業，當我詢問想到附近的藥妝店時，提供給我相當完整的巴士站牌位置及相對應的車型外觀及大約所需的費用，最後一天要離開時也有巴士可以載送至歡迎中心，我相當期待下次再來住宿。

I enjoy my vacation here. You can relax through SPA and stretch your body in the gym after all day skiing. Hotel changes breakfast menu each day, and 3 day is a round. The ski concierge is good. My gloves and snowboard got dried only in 2-3 hours. The shuttle goes to Gondola base and Kutchan JR station is free.

已是第二次入住這間酒店，各項都依舊非常滿意，早餐選擇不算豐富，但食材都新鮮且味道不錯，款式都合胃口。 Check Out 亦有free shuttle 送我們往俱知安駅方便轉乘JR 。 唯一美中不足的地方是這間酒店好像沒有Double 只有Twin bed !

Close to hirafu gondola and welcome centre
Very convenient as the hotel is close to everything. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to hirafu gondola, dot base during day time, and at night time, the shuttle can take you to groceries stores, lucky, jr kutchan station, etc. The hotel is a bit small but adequate, breakfast is adequate too. There's an onsen on the first floor which can help you to relax your muscle after skiing too.
