"We had a great time at Colin’s place for our family of four. Absolutely loved paddling out and visiting the iguanas in the kayaks and sitting out on the dock reading. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the majority of our meals."

"The villa had everything we needed, was central to all areas on the island and was a lovely, breezy retreat at the end of the day."

"Perfect place to stay for two couples. We had more than enough space, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and they were in better condition than in most rentals. The beach chairs were very convenient to have, and they were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again, and we thought we got a lot of value for the price, especially in T & C. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 3. The rooftop deck has an amazing view. There are nice sunbeds on the rooftop and on the beach. The pool is great. The kitchen is well equipped. Adeline was terrific coordinating activities. Jet skis were delivered right to our beach. The drive into Grace Bay is really easy. The property is quiet and the cove in front of the house provides really calm waters. Property management was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!"
