In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less 15% of the gross rent). Great Location, Dirty Carpets and Awful AC

The location is awesome. Nothing is a far drive, quiet neighborhood, easy parking, easy to navigate and learn the area. The ac is awful and you will sweat while you sleep. Each floor gets about 10 degrees warmer as you go up. We will not book again because of the awful ac. The carpets also look like they have never been shampooed spots everywhere. Cleanliness everywhere else was good.
