Parking while trying to get checked in was a horrible experience. I know there’s not much room period, but surely you can come up with something better. I was stuck in your “lot” for close to 30 minutes after checking and waiting for a path to drive out so I could get parked at the parking garage..
It’s ok, but it isn’t what it used to be. I would love to see them put some money into this property and run it like when it was the Renaissance.

Valet was a bit steep. No visible options for alternate parking. No fridge, coffee pot or microwave in the room which was a BIG disappointment

The price for this location was a good. We stayed for a wedding and the location Was convenient. We arrived a little after 4 pm (earliest check in time) and the line of cars to pull into the driveway was full and spilling out on the street and around the corner. So I had to jump out and go in. There was one employee working the front desk and a very long line. Needs more front desk employees especially at check in time. Once checked in, the room was nice. They’re a bit dated but nice. The built in plugs on the lamps did not work for our chargers. Had to unplug lamps to plug our chargers in. The door to the bathroom didn’t latch and close all the way. The bathtub seems really narrow, my husband who is 6’3” almost fell because it was so narrow. I called the front desk to request a blanket and pillow. But the hotel used an automated voice system to make requests to the front desk. When I made the request, the system told me I would have to go to the front desk to make that request (we were on the 8th floor so not exactly convenient. So I called back to the automated system and said “operator” and got through to a person. They informed me they were out of pillows but would get us a blanket. It came fast and the employee was friendly. The bad part came when it was time to retrieve our car from the valet. The lobby and outside was full of people waiting on their cars. A woman told my husband she had been waiting an hour for her car. It took 35 minutes to get ours.
