"Rooms looked better online than in reality - they were quite run down and dirty. Rooms were missing towels. Breakfast got cancelled on one of our days. Property felt a bit unsafe with dark corridors and random people hanging around the building. Would not recommend."

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

Did request the heat settings to be changed so that there was a little heat in the bathroom….nada. Somehow the heater kicked in one day as it was a little cooler outside. Towels and bathroom dryed out. "We had a wonderful stay. The front desk made the check-in run smoothly. Answered our questions and recommended a wonderful restaurant down the street. It used to be a post office. In the morning we had a great breakfast. Would recommend strongly this hotel. Such a nice town."
