Great condo

Overall great location and nice 2 bedroom condo. Nicely maintained and the management company was easy to deal with and timely with the requisite info for check-in. The building itself has nice amenities and was very clean well managed. No serious complaints about the stay and would definitely rent this unit again on the next trip to Tahoe.

Super Convenient and Comfortable Stay

My 6 year old son and I enjoy a great week of spring skiing from this comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom unit. The boy was super tired after a full day on the slopes each day and he (and dad) appreciated the short walk (75 yards) to and from the slopes. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen extra well stocked. If we make it back to Squaw Valley we'd definitely consider staying here again!

Great Place

The property is in a great location and TVR made the check in process simple. They were responsive when I reported that the padlock on the ski locker was defective. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker did not have a carafe - hopefully this can be resolved before the next guest arrives. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Slope Side Condo

The unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed and perfectly stocked. The proximity to the lifts is ideal. Far enough from the crowds to keep it quiet, and a quick walk to the lifts. End of day skiing drops you pretty much at the lodge! I rented 2 units that were 2 doors apart to make it very convenient for my familiy!

Great condo. Great location.

Condo had everything we needed. Great location in the village 5 minute walking distance to lifts. Restaurants even closer. Comfortable beds. Good string hot showers. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice gas fireplace easy to turn on with timer dial. 2 outdoor hot tubs and an indoor sauna with small work out room 1 floor down were very nice too. Hot tubs were kept clean, hotter than usually at resorts/hotels which I like and strong pressure from the jets. This condo has somewhat outdated furnishings and kitchen/baths but everything worked well so wasn’t a drawback. I recommend this condo for a ski vacation at Palisades and would stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay with a surprise expense...

We were told by Tahoe Time Vacation Rentals (maintainer of this property) that we could park our second car in the Squaw Valley lot as close to the building entrance. However, when we were there, we were told by Village at Squaw (where this unit is located) that we had to park our second car in the parking garage for $20 per day. Other than that little surprise, it was a great trip. The lodging, village and resort are covid cautious. The unit was comfortable with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was snowing very heavily and there was a lot of snow plow and truck activity in the parking lot below our bedroom windows at night, but I suspect that might not be normal activity.

Family Stay

My family needed some quality family time together to recharge and reconnect. This 2BRs 2BAs was great for what we needed. We had our own space to escape to when needed and a common area that we were able to enjoy each other's company. The only downside to this place is that it did not have AC. We were there during a heat wave and the weather was almost unbearably hot. There were fans provided but it was difficult to have any true airflow into the unit and any air coming in was hot air. With that said, we had a great time.

Spacious and cozy mountain retreat - excellent location

We had a wonderful stay for some spring skiing for Mother's Day weekend. We love staying in the village at Palisades for the varied dining options as well as easy access to skiing. This is the largest unit we have ever stayed in here and the layout is wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking (except for measuring spoons - we brought a recipe from my kids' cooking club and had to eyeball the measurements - small inconvenience not a big deal), and we loved the location a very quick walk down an internal staircase to the biggest hot tub at the village. We had no issues with noise at all and would definitely stay here again. Our kids LOVED the selection of board games and the chess and checkers set. Homey touches like that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful house

The house is super clean and newly renovated. It was very comfortable and is in a great location. The owner made everything easy, including getting us a parking pass at 10:30 pm on a Friday night.
