Not pleased

Overall the location was accurate, but the other things in the house was unpleasant. Though, I booked two days prior to check in, I still expected the house to be nice. I was unhappy with the smell of the home, it smell old and slight moldy. The house was not cleaned properly, there was hair EVERYWHERE! From the couch to the shower curtain to the toilet to the bed! Just EVERYWHERE! It was so bad that even after showering and getting dressed, hair was on everyone. JUST GROSS! Might I add the house was dirty! Also a lot of rust spots throughout! The keypad was dying! Ice machine didn’t work. And updates need to be made. If we could have found another place, we would have. Overall, I was very unhappy with the home. PS… when checking in, we had to pay extra due to resort fees per person, that we didn’t know about.
