The apartment room is big and nice, but there are some bugs, the hotel restaurant is only one and very ordinary, there are people on the balcony at night, it is very noisy, the noise is very loud, and the neighborhood is very remote. The water park is very good .

Nice Waterpark, big rooms. It's far from many places. You have to pay high prices and fees for everything you consume. They did not clean on the 4th day.l of stay. Coffee is not good.

Very nice place, great for families or large families, close to Disney and shopping. The market is convenient, but very pricey, sadly the spa is gone and we were not made aware of that, as that was one reason we booked there.

The facility is real nice. Water park was great for kids. The only issue was they we stayed 6 nights. Are trash was never taken out by house keeping and the main shower leaked a lot from a bad seal. We notified the front desk and neither was taken care of. However, the front desk employee took a $45 charge off from a bar purchase. This place is well worth the stay! We enjoyed it a lot and we will be coming back

We went to the pool on Saturday. There is security checking bags when you enter. Unfortunately, there was no security on patrol. My wifes cellphone,sandals, and debit card were stolen while we were in the pool playing with our 8 year old daughter. They have a few lifeguards around the poll that average about 16 years of age and are all just horseplaying with each other and playing on their phones. I reported the jncident and never got a call back from a supervisor. Also, they told us checkin was after 4pm. We made. Point to arrive to ensure our room wS ready. We arrived at 4:40pm and were told we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. When we finally got our room keys it was 5::20pm. The front desk staff were not courteous and there was no apology for not having our room ready. Furthermore, we were charged resort fees that Expedia said were included in a special. I showed this to the clerk and she said she still had to charge us an additional $143.00 !!! I would not recommend this unsafe resort unless you want to have your belongings stolen and be disregarded by staff.

We stayed here in 2019, everything was amazing. The Resort accommodations are starting to show its age. No house keeping of any kind during our week stay, rooms were Very dusty and not totally clean, no mattress covers just sheets, no more Kurig machine, hallway carpets stained and dirty. But… staff is very kind and friendly, pools and grounds are perfect, close to everything in Orlando. Would still recommend to friends.

Condos were spacious and very clean. But the outdoor pool and water park are pretty outdated. The main pool was extremely dirty and had yellow stains, pretty disappointing giving the daily rate of this place.

Mattress had bumps all over and there was no mattress cover. Apartment was spacious and clean. Needed some sheetrock repair. Hall carpeting stained in a number of places. Check in was good. If we examine the time we could have our room 4:00 pm to 10am-18 hours. For a water park with all age children, that is not a lot of time. Would need rooms for naps or showers and eat. Libby could also use some help.also the separate charge for lounges at pool? Cabanas I understand, but not chairs.
