Park Place Inn and Cottages is part of the Sanford Historic district and centrally located to downtown on one of the most scenic streets in town, Park Avenue. The property was built in the early 1930's in the Craftsman and Colonial style of the era. Park Place Inn is a vacation rental property that guests can stay for one night or extended periods of time. Park Place Inn and Cottages is a Veteran owned business by Aaron Butler, who also owns Creations Catering and Events. We work very hard to make sure all guests have a great and memorable experience while staying with us. We also host weddings and events on the property. You'll defiantly enjoy all the natural light the windows let in. The apartment includes a full kitchen, washer & dryer and a cozy living room with a smart TV.
