Clean and comfortable
The hotel is near Nishi-Umeda station, which is easy for us to travel to Yotsubashi or Namba stations. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel WiFi is fast and stable. There is a convenient store in the hotel, and there are a few larger convenient stores nearby. Very good for our stay for 7 nights.

When you travel to the Osaka area in the future, we sincerely hope that you will consider our hotel for your stay.
1. Location is good. About 10-15 mins by walk to the train station.
2. Quiet place and comfortable.
3. Service is good and front desk staff is great.
4. Family mart is on 1st floor which is very convenient.
Will consider to stay again when visiting to Osaka next time.

close to the underground pathway entrance, only a few minutes walk to central Umeda. The room was renovated recently and size is decent. The bad thing is the very poor sound insulation, I can hear the snoring from the person in the next room. Very noisy in the corridor in the morning. Price is quite alright tho.

坐JR東西線去到北新地站的話 就係行1 分鐘就到
附近有齊松屋 7-11, family mart etc
夜機到都唔怕無野食
如果準備去唔同地方 例如奈良 神戶,就住近大阪站,梅田區會較方便
依個價錢 依個質素算唔錯
房間都夠大, 夠兩個大gip開左 都仲有少少位行, 廁所都唔會太細 ,唔錯~

The location of the hotel was good. The were a lot of restaurants nearby and the Osaka JR station was within 10 mins walking distance. Also the room size was bigger than usual Japanese hotel room. However, the air-conditioning and ventilation of the room was weak.

Great location, nice staffs
The staffs are so nice, I felt so welcomed!
The hotel location is really good, there is underground street next to it and it’s few minutes walk from Osaka Station and Umeda station.
Also there are 7-11 and family mart right next to the hotel. Nothing to complain, surely will stay here again next time I visit Osaka :)

15 mins walk to Osaka jR station ,next to a underground shopping mall . Room at reasonable size , though would prefer more choice of Non-smoking rooms.
