Clean and comfortable
The hotel is near Nishi-Umeda station, which is easy for us to travel to Yotsubashi or Namba stations. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel WiFi is fast and stable. There is a convenient store in the hotel, and there are a few larger convenient stores nearby. Very good for our stay for 7 nights.

附近都有很多食肆,交通又方便,但地下通道太大了,經常蕩失路,酒店大至都很好,唯獨是洗手間沒有掛勾,毛巾沒有地方掛,希望有待改善

1. Location is good. About 10-15 mins by walk to the train station. 2. Quiet place and comfortable. 3. Service is good and front desk staff is great. 4. Family mart is on 1st floor which is very convenient. Will consider to stay again when visiting to Osaka next time.

坐機場巴士在Herbis Osaka下車行6分鐘就到酒店, 酒店前方有地下街可通往地鐵站, 附近很多餐廳. 如油店每天有樽裝水提供就更好.

close to the underground pathway entrance, only a few minutes walk to central Umeda. The room was renovated recently and size is decent. The bad thing is the very poor sound insulation, I can hear the snoring from the person in the next room. Very noisy in the corridor in the morning. Price is quite alright tho.

酒店隔音不好,剛剛遇上欠公德心的客人早上在走廊和其他人聊天,令人無法繼續入睡。地顫比較多塵。 基本所須都能提供,不過酒店升降機是任何人都能用,即任何人都可上房間樓層,感覺不太安全

大約10分鐘路程,就能由酒店步行到大阪車站,非常方便。酒店房間的面積也不錯,打開行李箱後還有不少活動空間;衛生也令人滿意的;酒店地下有Family Mart,方便補給。最後如果想住大阪的話,值得考慮這間酒店,價錢真的不貴。

坐JR去大阪站行10分鐘左右 坐JR東西線去到北新地站的話 就係行1 分鐘就到 附近有齊松屋 7-11, family mart etc 夜機到都唔怕無野食 如果準備去唔同地方 例如奈良 神戶,就住近大阪站,梅田區會較方便 依個價錢 依個質素算唔錯 房間都夠大, 夠兩個大gip開左 都仲有少少位行, 廁所都唔會太細 ,唔錯~

我住兩床房 房間很大 只是因為要提早出門 所以詢問能不能提供餐盒 沒想到竟然不想行 雖然知道這不是義務 但這是我第一次遇到不貼心的舉動 會小小扣分

房size有530呎,但只是一條走廊,無廳,有被騙成份,冲涼設計有問題,嚴重漏水,最離譜要在地下鐵站走好遠,至少30 mins, 才到!

The location of the hotel was good. The were a lot of restaurants nearby and the Osaka JR station was within 10 mins walking distance. Also the room size was bigger than usual Japanese hotel room. However, the air-conditioning and ventilation of the room was weak.

Great location, nice staffs
The staffs are so nice, I felt so welcomed! The hotel location is really good, there is underground street next to it and it’s few minutes walk from Osaka Station and Umeda station. Also there are 7-11 and family mart right next to the hotel. Nothing to complain, surely will stay here again next time I visit Osaka :) Thank you
