Such a disappointment
The bed sheets and towels were a tad soggy, which seemed like they were not changed prior to my stay. The reception staff seemed pissed that I asked for a room change. Would not come back again.

Very convenient location and the room is big and comfortable, breakfast is nice with variety of food.

Irhe room a bit old, the flushing doesn't work, and the air-conditioning vents are very dusty

Overall okay
We are glad that the hotel was able to accommodate our needs for baby, however, the hotel was a bit dated, e.g. the refrigerator in the room was noisy and the carpet was not very clean. There was no coffee machine in the room either.

A different experience when compared with the previous ones. Good to hv renovation in dinning restaurant on 2/F. Better to provide body lotion and hand/ face wash in the room. It is appreciated that staff came to our room to help us with the room wifi. Many Thanks.
