It has been six years since my last visit to Swissotel Nankai Osaka but it is totally worth the wait! The experience during my 6 days stay in the hotel is really excellent. Flawless housekeeping, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food @Table 36 and a cozy executive twin room all contriutes to one of the best trip that I ever had in Osaka. Not to mention the location of the hotel is very convenient with a lot of good restuarants and entertainment spots nearby! I am looking forward to visiting the hotel soon and would highly recommend it to everyone who are planning to visit Osaka.

Not value for money
The hotel is very old, worn off situation of interior decoration could be seen everywhere including the fixtures in the cafe of main lobby. The room was pretty dusty and sanitary stuffs not refilled daily during our 3 nights stay. The staff's services were not as good as before. The check in counter staff was not familiar with the benefits offered to hotel guests (e.g She insisted 'Hello Kitty card' is no longer offered to guest without checking with Manager until the guest strongly requested). Except for the convienent location, it is absolutely not worth the money.

飯店本身位在難波站建築物裡，所以去那裡都很方便，但飯店的廁所很小，而且水壓莫名的小，從沒遇到水壓如此小的飯店，如果不建議水壓的話，以方便度來說是值得推薦的。
