Nach einem schlechten Start wegen schlecht geputzter Bäder mit zwei Nachbesserungsanläufen dann aber eine schöne Zeit.

L’ubicazione dell’immobile è inserita in un parco lussureggiante che, di contro, comporta ogni tanto qualche intromissione di insetti particolari. La Signora Ludovica è stata tempestiva chiamando subito una società di disinfestazione, cosa assolutamente apprezzata. L’immobile è di sicuro pregio. Tuttavia, occorre tenere presente della distanza dalle varie spiaggia, qualora si intenda fare una vacanza essenzialmente di mare.

Le séjour dans la maison de Ludovica était parfait: l’architecture est superbe, le cadre magnifique et Ludovica très sympathique et agréable, une véritable guide touristique et gastronomique ! Super séjour, on recommande!

Très belle location

La propriété de Ludovica est très agréable et dans un calme très reposant. La maison est très bien équipée. Les deux terrasses permettent de bénéficier du soleil ou de l'ombre à votre convenance. Très bonne échange avec Ludovica

bella proprietà sulle colline marchigiane

La villa è in una grande proprietà, arredata molto bene, con tutti i servizi. Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene come spazi, unica pecca la mancanza di zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Osimo è in una posizione ottima sia per vita di mare sia per numerose gite nei paraggi (recanati, grotte di frasassi, Loreto e tanti altri splendidi luoghi).

Una casa accogliente e ospitale come la padrona che ti apre la porta. Se cercate il silenzio della natura insieme alla vicinanza al mare, non potete trovare posto migliore!

Le Marche in una dimora di prestigio

La casa ha mantenuto le aspettative dell'annuncio. Una bella dimora inserita in un contesto di grande pregio con la villa storica che cattura ad ogni ora del giorno. La casa è veramente accogliente e ben studiata per essere goduta. Attrezzata per essere sfruttata sui vari lati della casa in base alle esposizioni del sole. Nel terrazzo sul retro abbiamo goduto anche di una serata Bbq col respiro delle querce secolari. Molto bello. Posizione e strategica per chi vuole visitare la regione. Nel complesso tutto molto positivo. Grazie Ludovica

Idyllische Ruhe in Meernähe

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in Santa Stefano bei Osimo Ferien machen. Das Haus, welches ein Teileines Ensembles von 3 Objekten bildet, liegt auf einem privaten Landgut mit Wald. Uns war sofort wohl in dieser idyllischen Stille. In 20-25' sind die Strände bei Sirolo oder Numana zu erreichen, Osimo, das seinen eigenen Charme besitzt, ist in 5-7' erreichbar. Als Mountainbiker waren wir natürlich auch sehr am Hinterland interessiert, die Hügel um Cingoli allein bieten schon zahlreiche spannende Möglichkeiten. Gastgeberin Ludovica war sehr herzlich, per whatsapp gut erreichbar, ob Coiffeuse oder Restauranttipps, auf sie war zu zählen. Auch die Hausabnahme war sehr unkompliziert. Daher kann ich einen Aufenthalt in diesem gut und wohlig eingerichtetet, von aussen archaisch wirkenden Haus nur empfehlen.

Ideale per una vacanza di tutto relax e comfort

Abbiamo trascorso due piacevolissime settimane di vacanza in questa splendida villa circondata da un grande giardino e inserita in un bellissimo contesto naturale. Eravamo due famiglie con tre bambini e la casa si è dimostrata perfetta per le nostre esigenze : grandi dimensioni, dotata di tutti i servizi, arredata con ottimo gusto, ricchezza di arredi e grande attenzione a tutti i particolari. Anche il giardino circostante, grande e ben curato, si è rivelato perfetto per i nostri momenti di relax in mezzo alla natura e per i giochi dei bambini. Strategica anche l'ubicazione, a poca distanza dal mare e dai bellissimi borghi dell'entroterra marchigiano: ogni mattina abbiamo raggiunto con facilità le vicine spiagge o le mete culturali e paesaggistiche, di cui la zona è particolarmente ricca, e ogni sera era un piacere rientrare in una vera casa, calda e accogliente, di gran lunga superiore agli standard di tante case vacanze che ci è capitato di affittare in passato. A completamento del tutto, la gentilezza e disponibilità di Ludovica, la padrona di casa, che si è prodigata in attenzioni e consigli, consentendoci di apprezzare in pieno una regione affascinante che non conoscevamo.
