Old small hotel not value for money
Very small room and small bed. Noisy of the toilet fans all night. Not satisfied with them take the credit information for secure because scare of the international fraud and the reception not agree I can give 100 euro instead which is not flexible at all. I travelled around more than 70 countries in the world, most of the hotels now all do not need to ask for credit card security including international hotel chains. Besides this hotel is really old and fade away I do not understand what people can destroy for this type condition hotel. Not value for money

Hi Wen! Our terms and conditions are readily available on all of our channels. It is standard practice (worldwide) to keep a credit card on file in case of potential incidentals and extra charges for the duration of any guests' stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous location. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice. Unfortunately we visited at Easter so the restaurant was closed and breakfast started at 7am instead of 6.30am which meant we were unable to have breakfast on our last morning, we had booked transport to the airport for 7am due to an early flight. Maybe we could have been informed about this when booking.

Fabulous hotel in a great, central location. Facilities were great, the room was always warm and it was so convenient to be able to cast our devices to the tv in the room. Varied selection available at breakfast, hotel was wonderfully clean and all of the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

I will start by stating that the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the space was very clean. We did go with our 4 yr old and everything you need is walking distance.

What a charming hotel. First of all we arrived early in the mornning and I was prepared to ask if we could leave our bags while be walked about ther city but the concierge cherrfully said, 'WHY WAIT?' They had a room ready and ask our preference. We let them select. It was a fairy tale corner room on the top floor with two bay windows and lovely views. Etremely well appointed. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast buffect was amazing. There is NO quest ion where I would stay if I come again!! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is also very convenient to the metrol.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til i gå avstand til det aller meste. Rommet og badet skinnende rent. Gode senger og lenestoler. Nydelig frokost. Spiste middag på hotellet ett par kvelder, og maten var helt topp. God sevice av de ansatte i restaurant,resepsjon og rengjørings ansatte. Har bodd her tidligere og kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.
