Beautiful home sleeps 8, within walking distance to all things fun!
Perfect location for your vacation! This three bedroom, two bathroom home is located in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is equipped with two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds, all with cozy linens to keep you toasty and comfortable. It sleeps a total of 8 people. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), providing just the right amount of privacy. The spacious living area has a large sectional leather sofa and flat-screened television, as does each bedroom, so no one has to miss that important football game or their favorite show. The large, rustic dining table is perfect for your family to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and bake to your heart's content. There is a roomy hot tub tucked into a private space on the north side of the house, perfect for soaking weary bones after a long day of skiing or snowboarding.

My family loved our stay. The location was perfect for walking to coffee, restaurants, hot springs & shopping. The home was clean and perfect size for 3 couples & 2 dogs. The house also had everything you could need and more (kitchen stuff, dog clean up, and games). We will be back!

We’ve stayed here a few days in February for many years. This is by far the nicest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s more like using a friend’s vacation home because of the way they provide for the guests. I can’t say enough good about them.

This was for a family Thanksgiving. Our son owns a home 3 blocks away so we were familiar with the area. Too much family for only his house and this was perfect for our daughter and family and my husband and I. The location to shopping and restaurants was wonderful. Everyone either skied all day or spent time walking around town. We loved the house. It was comfortable and well stocked with anything you might want! We appreciated the quick response to any questions from the host. We loved staying here.

Couldn’t have asked for any better. Walking distance to everything. Clean, well stocked home. They have thought of everything. Colorado weather was un typically warm for this time of year, so we had to adjust things to keep the house cool. Hosts were great & easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there if we go to Pagosa Springs again.

The house was ideal for our girl's trip and it was perfectly situated for exploring town on foot. The house was just as charming as it appears in the listing and the garden was lovely, offering privacy and a few deer. The upstairs deck overlooking the downtown area was ideal for relaxing in the rain. Would return again- when the house is available.

We all decided this house was the best we’ve ever rented, the kitchen had everything, from big to small cookware and bowels, loved the layout, the big dinning table for family meals, what can I say, everything about this house and the location is amazing, we walked to the Springs and Roses for breakfast,, also the owners were very generous in giving us a 2:00 check out the day we left.so we had extra rest and cleaning and packing time. We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the springs, some restaurants, and shopping. The house did not disappoint. They were also sweet enough to give us a gift certificate to the bakery and one of the hot spring places. They also have games and toys for kids to play with during down time.

This property was perfect, we will definitely stay here again! The proximity to town was an easy walk or very short drive. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to enjoy family. Hot tub, balcony, yard, and porches were a bonus. Communication was great and they even left us a $25 gift certificate to the Pagosa Bakery which was amazing! We had a wonderful time at this property. It was well stocked with every thing you’d need or want. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The communication with owner was quick and efficient. The location is perfect! We walked to the hot springs, dinner, the balloon fest and parks. Our 6 year old loved discovering all of the toys to play with and loved exploring the beautiful home~ We will be back! We loved this house and we were able to walk most places in town! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a hot water pipe burst in our home so this was a bit impromptu but the host made our reservation and check in process easy.

This is our third spring break staying at the cottage on Lewis Street. After 10 years of vacationing at various rentals in Pagosa Springs it is by far our most favorite place to call home. The house is filled with everything you could ever need, the beds are super comfortable and the hot tub is the perfect way to end a day spent on the slopes. Location is a huge plus - we love walking downtown to grab dinner or browse all the local shops. Can’t wait till next time.

We have been coming here for probably a dozen years. When we walk in it seems like home, not a minimally furnished condo with 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 forks and 4 glasses. We find everything we need including coffee for that first morning if we have failed to make it to the store. The owners and Steph and her husband are great.
