不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Feeling disappointed for the service due to i was fully paid for 2 superior rooms 2 weeks in advance but when i arrived the hotel, there were no room available. We had to travel around the city while waitning for rooms and back again in the evening to knew that we only got 2 standard rooms. Yet our luggages still there at the lobby :(
