Great home in need of some TLC.

Overall we had a great time. Amazing Vacations was excellent to work with. The home is a beautiful facility, the location is excellent! For the price paid several items are in need of repair.

It was a great vacation. The house was incredible and easy walk to the beach. Only thing that was bad is we did not have access to the elevator. Absolutely horrible to carry all your stuff up and down the narrow stairs.

Spring Break

This property is managed by the BEST property mgmt group on 30A. Everything was so clean, well stocked, and better than expected. I had a couple of questions before arrival and they were very prompt to respond. The location can’t be beat. Good ocean views from multiple decks. Less than a block to the beach. 10 min walk to Rosemary …or ride one of the provided bikes. We have stayed at this property multiple times and love it.

Beach Therapy - exceeded expectations!

My husband and I and our 3 young boys and another couple all stayed very comfortably at Beach Therapy for spring break. The house was incredible. They definitely put time into the decor, the amenities, the home was all new and clean. The pool was a hit with the kids, I didn’t realize it would be heated & this was perfect for some of the chilly weather we had. Our friends stayed at a neighboring home with a pool and no one went in as it was pretty cold this time of year. The big boys loved the ping pong table. The home is so spacious giving us plenty of room. They also had everything we needed, we used the bikes and the beach wagon. The views of the ocean and the sunset were beautiful. The house is right near the beach access, a quick 2 min walk and your on the sand. Overall we had a wonderful time and were very pleased with our experience. The property management company Scenic Stays 30a was also very attentive and had great communication. If you have anyone with you that struggles with stairs I’d recommend checking with the property company to get access to the elevator.....Overall 5 stars. We’d love to come back!
