The level of the hotel is high and the personnel is friendly.
However, the management has some problems. For instance, they did not get us the invoice affirming this corresponds to expedia (??). After several emails they gently did it but (of course) the price reported in the document is lower than the real price I paid.
I asked my invoice to expedia but they do not respond.
The last day of our stay there was a black out. We used the emergency stairs to get out (we were on the 7th floor). The problem is that the ground floor exit door was closed. Although they immediately opened it, it is wrong to leave the emergency exit door closed on the ground floor. There must be an anti -panic opening system.
Expedia needs to clarify the point on invoices. Evaluate well, because if you need the invoice you might have some surprises.
