Wonderfully helpful property manager

David was helpful and responded quickly.The studio is located in a convenient spot with metro lines 8,9, and 4 running nearby. Walking distance to many sites of interest. At night, Bonne Nouvelle is a better (and closer) stop than Strasbourg St. Denis. Through no fault of the owner, there was huge construction going on across the street, sometimes long into the night.I didn’t eat there, so I didn’t use anything but the coffee maker. It was equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

El proprietario es simpatico. La limpieza puede mejorar un poco en el aseo, pero está bien pasar unos días porque está muy cerca del metro y tiene buenas tiendas cerca.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in David's appartement! The location is great and the appartement itself is very practical with a useful kitchen, lots of space to store our stuff and a quite large bathroom. David was so helpful both when we were arriving and leaving!

Such a nicely located property. Great price and amenities. And fantastic host who was really helpful and present for any problems or questions I had. Would stay again next time without a doubt. Best apartment for price I've had in central Paris

Central location and helpful host

David's studio is very centrally located, in a vibrant area - very Parisian, but not in the traditional classic touristic Parisian. I never met David in person but he was super responsive and helpful over SMS. I ended up taking a later train on the day of departure, and David graciously agreed to let me stay through the late afternoon. The flat itself is basic, clean and comfortable. I recommend it.
