This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for nearly 1.5 hours before it was delivered. 2. The 2nd day, we couldn't find the coffee cup, and the coffee wasn't recharged. We thought the waiter was too anxious to forget. On the third day, we called the front desk. He only apologized but couldn't do anything. Because the manager was not here, we went back to our room a little while later. The cup and coffee were already on the table, but the cup was dirty. 3. On the fourth day, I saw the staff filling the cups and coffee in the room. I was so shocked for that was that she didn't change the spoons and papers on the table, but just rearranged them. 4. On the last day, we were going to leave. There were two large pieces of luggage, we were the only ones in the lobby but the door man never help to carry the luggage or open the door, he just ignored us. No goodbye or morning!

The hotel itself is wonderful and the staff was very nice, proper and friendly. The lady that checked us in (Feb 29th @3pm) was lovely and was really trying to help us. It did take very long to check in, we waited about 30 min, and they still could not get us in the room, so we ended up leaving our luggage on the side to go see places and came back in about six hours later to check in and thankfully our room was ready by then. We had an upgrade option but we didn't get the upgrade and as VIP we also had the welcome bottle of wine, which was also not provided. Besides those things the room was just wonderful and I think it's been the best comforter I've ever slept with in my entire life! The hotel itself is in perfect clean condition and is very elegant and the staff is very caring, professional, competent and lively. I also appreciate that they have parking on site which ranges between 30 and €60 per day depending on the form of payment, and the valet people were gentlemen! They also have a bar on site for light snacks, and the place is walkable from other forms of transportation like the subway. I will definitely return to this hotel and I highly recommend it!

The men who handle the luggage are truly the professionals. They are very efficient and courteous. The breakfast is very good too! My toilet had some issues which was an inconvenience at midnight so that was a bummer. The hotel itself is very clean but can always use just a little extra to take it to the next level, We had an issue with a waiter who seemed to not want to do his job. Other than that it was very good. Grade A

There were moths in our bedroom which I was very worried we would take home. Even when I reported this they just apologised. The housekeeping was extremely slow on the two occasions we needed things. We had to call three times each and wait for over an hour to get hot water and towels. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The area is okay. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The concierge staff was excellent. However the rest of the hotel was all right not worth the price. When I booked the room in the picture it showed the Eiffel Tower. However when I got my room it wasn't available The breakfast options were very basic. After spending $2200 For 3 nights, one night we went to ask for bottle water And they told us this time we will give it To you however going forward there will be an additional charge for a water bottle. The room was very tiny. The view wasn't great I will not come back to this hotel

The room was dirty, air conditioner vents were filthy. It was too hot in the room, and it was impossible to cool it down. The bathtub is dangerously high when you step out of it. The soap and shampoo are of poor quality. Breakfast is expensive for no reason. The entire hotel and rooms are paved with old carpets that smell bad. Empty minibar. Weak WiFi. There is no smart TV. Always 2 elevators did not work out of 4. The rooms facing the road are noisy. I can't believe it's a five-star hotel...

We had to move rooms 3 times No heat Room service was abysmal Left off items We asked for a refund they said expedia would deny it. It was actually them that denied it Expedia did everything possible to get a refund. I fault the hotel very poorly ran hotel and charged me for nights i didnt occupy the room. Very stingy hotel, felt very sorry for employees. Would never recommend this hotel.

中庭側のお部屋でしたが、中庭は整備されていなくて綺麗ではありませんでした。残念。改装した様子でお風呂は綺麗でしたが、クローゼットの戸が開かないなど少し古さを感じます。 窓が開くのですが、薄いカーテンしかなく向かい側のお部屋からお互いに丸見えなので気をつけないとなりません。ホテルの周辺はお店が少なく10分くらい歩くとスタバやパン屋さんがあります。 3つ星が妥当かと思います。次は利用無しです。

The staff is very unfriendly, room was really hot, we couldn't sleep properly because it was a lot of noise, we could hear the people next to our room. Not happy with my stay after the amount we pay fro this place.

My son had allergic reaction to the chocolate given at check in. It had some sort of nut paste in it. Thankfully the reaction was not fatal and we didn't have to use the epipen. I had benadryl with me and he had to take it. I informed the hotel, but there was no follow up or attention at all from the hotel. We checked in on Christmas eve and checked out after Christmas. He stayed in the hotel room the whole time due to the incident. We didn't have to go to the hospital, but he did not feel good enough to go out anywhere. The property-wise, the hotel room lamp was not working, and there was some sort of water leakage in front of the bathroom. I tried to contact the guest services several times, nobody answered. The garden was not accessible. It was NOT the five star hotel experience we were expecting. This was the 4th hotel we checked in during this trip; and the service was by far way inferior than all the others. Above and beyond careless guest service. The hotel finally contacted me regarding the matter after we got back home. Wow.
