The hotel is quite good, Jeremie ( the front desk) can speak really good Chinese make us feel really surprised. The housekeeping clean the room very well but didn’t change the bathrobe and shampoo. I ask the turn down service but I am not sure the hotel have or not. The room delivery is quite slow, normally more than half hour. The lady check out us is quite professional and friendly.

I picked this hotel because of the location, which was pretty convenient and close to the Eiffel Tower. They have restaurants around it and nice staff working there. Other than that, there is nothing good about this hotel. First of all, for this price, you would expect a lot more. I stayed there for 4 days and I hated it. They have the most uncomfortable, hard, stiff, bulky pillows that a place can have. The bed was extremely uncomfortable 😫. I slept terribly and got a sore neck after that trip. The fridge was supposed to be filled with four complimentary drinks, but every day one or two of those were missing. One day, I didn't get any drinks/water at all. On the last day, I went to get coffee, and on the way back, the door wouldn't open. I had to go down the elevator three times until they finally came up and fixed the lock for us. The elevator is packed for the most part, so going up or down will take you a long time to wait for it, and then you have to stop at every level. It seemed like out of the four elevators, only one was working. Other than the view of the Eiffel Tower, there was nothing that made me happy in this hotel!

Perfect location!! Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Eiffel Tower. Location is a few minutes walk from Bir Hakim metro and the Eiffel tower. I booked a partial view room, it was a room with a view of Eiffel Tower. We didn’t have to go out to see the light show at night, we were able to see it from our room. Would definitely visit again and recommend booking.

Best location if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower area. Going to other places is at least 15-20 mins which was fine with taxis available always outside the hotel. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant which was also very good. Overall best hotel in the area.

The hotel rooms are very average, my biggest issue is the hotel controls what time of the year you can use AC which is beyond ridiculous for the amount of money you pay, you should be able to use the AC at your own free will. Our room had a disgusting smell of cigarettes smell and the staff tried to remove it but it still lingered. The AC would have helped with that a lot. The location is great as it should be for the price, and the breakfast if you pay for it is worth it.

Excellent location for the Eiffel Tower although I would not have walked around there late at night. Room was ok but starting to get a bit tired. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready despite asking for an early check in and only arriving 40 minutes before the check in time. We were not offered anywhere to sit or get a drink and had to find somewhere in the bar ourselves. We then weren’t called when our room was ready and had to go back and ask ourselves. Overall the hotel was ok, but given the price think there are better options out there.

I arrived to my hotel room with no toilet paper which I found suspicious as it should be cleaned daily. It took three requests to finally get it but we still did not receive body wash despite asking. We had to leave a note in French for housekeeping. They did not replenish our tea supply or complimentary drinks despite it being used daily as we were told it would be.
