This is my fourth time stay with Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam and it's always been my hotel of choice in Bangkok. The location is good. Extremely convenient to go shopping, eating and doing Thai massage. The mostly part is that the staff are very helpful and polite.

我和丈夫覺得地段非常之好，附近有齊shopping Mall全部都係我哋最鍾意，即使睡醒不用酒店餐飲到處也可以容易尋找地道食物，附近有shopping Mall全部都係我哋最鍾意，加上樓下好多按摩店很適合我們遊客行完一日去放鬆先返酒店，唯一係距離BTS站都比較不方便。員工服務態度非常之友善，常常笑容滿面，我們需要的他們也會全力滿足我們，若果下次再嚟曼谷，我們一定會選擇入住

The hotel is located at a back lane and there is a pop-up restaurant till late night so the downstairs is very dirty. The room and bathroom are old without proper maintenance. But overall the location is convenient.

員工很有禮貌, 酒店附近就是水門夜市, 亦有很多食肆和按摩店, 逛街按摩都十分方便. 但不近地鐵站, 交通不太方便. 另外, 每次出入酒店都要轉換升降機. 泳池維修也沒有在入住時通知我們.

入口在商場內, 並不顯眼, 地點也算方便, 10分鐘步程可達高架輕軌站, 另外, 附近有一大型開放式餐飲集中地, 在夜晚尤其熱鬧 酒店服務員有禮, 自助早餐性價比不錯, 只是首日負責機場接送的那位外判司機, 我們就有點保留, 他全程幾乎都在玩弄手提電話, 加上天雨關係, 感覺不安心
