好舊式的酒店，仍然用鎖匙開房門，內籠陳舊，旁邊有地盤，夜晚對面Central Festival夜市有mini音樂會，基本12點前都很嘈。

My lunch experience at this hotel was deplorable. It was a buffet which the hotel kitchen refused to refill. All the meats were gone by the time I got to the food line. I come to find out that I was not the only one suffering as others were too intimidated as ask for meat (squids, chicken, etc.). Only after I demonstrated that I can only eat rice with fish sauce then staff hurried to bring out more meat. This is unacceptable dining.

Stay at caesars for just 1 night. I was booked to stay 8 days. My Mother was taken to Hospital very ill in UK. Caesars Place did not have international phones. I needed to check up on my Mother every day. What I saw of hotel. I thought it was very clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was great. If it had not been for my Mother illness I would have stayed all 8 days.

Personal sind arrogant und super unfreundlich gegenüber Ausländer. Ich meine damit Mitarbeiter von Rezeption, Sichereits personal bis Zimmer service. Ich musste sogar ein alte Tuch, 200 Bath bezahlen weil es geschmutz war. Abzocke?

Das Hotel ist in überholungsbedürftigem Zustand! Viele Dinge geflickt und vieles Reparaturbedürftig! Manches schwer zu verstehen, z. B. warum das Duschgel verdünnt wird!!! Frühstücksbuffet für westlichen Geschmack sehr Dürftig, aber sehr freundliches Personal die auch Dinge besorgen die nicht am Buffet zu finden sind!

This is the best value for money I’ve found in Pattaya and I’ve been coming for decades. The location is perfect across the road from Central Festival Shopping Mall which is on the beach. Most of all I really appreciate the staff who treated me like a friend, not a customer. Big room, clean, firm mattress as I requested. Lacked nothing.
