Welcome to Peaches Place!

Located one block off of Cervantes in the heart of beautiful East Hill in Pensacola, this newly constructed guest house apartment is the perfect spot for your next business trip or romantic weekend in the area. Enjoy everything Pensacola has to offer from this amazing location. There are grocery stores, shops, and some of the best restaurants in town within walking distance. Downtown is a short 5 minute drive and the airport is about a 15 minute drive. You will love the old oak trees and parks in historic East Hill, one of the most desired neighborhoods in town.

This guest house was built with your comfort and privacy in mind. It is completely separate from the main house and has off street, driveway parking available. The studio style apartment features a comfortable queen bed, separate living area space, 2 large smart TVs, beautiful full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to get your start and end your day. This brand new guest home was built in 2022.

The kitchen must be seen to be appreciated. No expense was spared in building this modern, fully equipped, dream kitchen. From the granite countertops, stainless appliances, tile backsplash, and modern touches, this kitchen has everything. Just off the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer.

The backyard has been professionally landscaped and features a privacy wall, comfortable furniture, a gas grill, corn hole boards, and is shaded by a huge old oak tree. It is perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The guest house was perfect for our 5-day stay. We used the beautiful kitchen and we also ate out at several of the recommended restaurants. The private backyard was great for morning coffee and Bible study. The owners live at the main house and they were wonderful to get to know. They listened to our interests and made a number of recommendations that were successful for my wife and I. They even bought us lawn chairs that we used at the Mardi Gras Parade that are now available to be used by future guests. The property is in a great location for a healthy walk or easy drive to many attractions.

Peaches Place is wonderful. Everything is updated and new. Anything you might need is in the cottage. Thoughtfully laid out. The owners live on-site and are very welcoming and helpful. It even has a private outdoor area with a grill and seating. The parking is off-street and right in-front of the cottage. No need to keep an extra key as they use a key-touch pad. Lovely place and I would absolutely return!

From the beginning, walking in, we fell in love with this adorable cottage perfect for just the two of us could've stayed just a few days or four weeks and be very comfortable. Great location. Washer spins forever and noisy ! --might have that checked, but so glad to have a washer dryer.!! hope to stay there again next time we visit at our granddaughter!!💕💕

We were so impressed with Peaches Place! It was exactly as described. Very clean, extremely functional, and had anything we wanted or needed right there. Great location to meet friends in Pensacola for dinner, and convenient to the beaches as well. We both said Peaches Place was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. This was the most precious place we have stayed in all the years of traveling. It was very clean, so simply decorated and had everything we needed. It had such a charming feel. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. The patio was such a relaxing place for us to set out and drink coffee in the mornings and perfect for winding down before bed under the relaxing lights. The house was so close to everything we ever needed during our stay. We cannot wait to come back to Pensacola and will definitely be staying here as long as we come back without our kids again! What a little gem! The layout and design is excellent. Super clean and comfortable. Has everything you’ll need - in fact, you really only need to bring your clothes and personal toiletry items. You can shop for groceries and any other needs at the Publix supermarket just a block away. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and shops literally within minutes, and Pensacola Beach is only about a 7 mile drive. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

We loved our stay in Pensacola, the house was the perfect location to get to downtown and the beaches as well as any other activities you might want to enjoy. Peaches place is a beautifully designed home with so many lovely touches including a large kitchen workspace , a big pantry stocked with spices, Kcups and other staples. The laundry room leads to a delightful backyard with comfortable seating and a gas grill.

I came to visit my son in the Air Force, and ride bike (training) with a friend who lives in Pace. The house was clean, and well supplied with household items. It was close enough to where i needed to get to. I figure it took about 15 minutes to get to the beaches. Note: this rental is in a residential neighborhood, and not on the beaches. Peaches is centrally located for all places we like to go. Bonelli’s, Hot Spot, Maria’s Seafood, Nola’s, Krispe Kreme, to name a few and two blocks to Publix. Easy walk downtown to Palafox St. and a ten minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Owners are right next door and will go out of their way to help with anything you need. Nice Weber gas grill too.

We loved Peach's Place! It was close to downtown, very safe and very quiet. It is right next to a Publix grocery store for convenience. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We thought this was the perfect place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. It's also decorated so well that it was a very calm and relaxing place to come back to!! Overall, would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to all of our friends!! Peach’s Place was perfect. My husband and I chose to stay here while visitingPensacola, Destin and Gulf Shores. It’s a nice middle point to all best beach spots. It’s very quiet and very clean. On-site laundry and full kitchen is a plus. 10/10 recommend 😘
