經濟但是有點吵雜
房間位於市區的旁邊而已,附近有大型的超市可以買,非常的方便非常的方便。 就在市區的旁邊可以進去走走非常的熱鬧,市區內有非常多不錯的店可以逛。旁邊沿著河也有測得景觀。 只是這間飯店是護士這是非常有名的所以會舉辦結婚喜慶的活動因此非常的吵雜

Just because it is cheap and with complementary car parking
The staff were nice and friendly, complementary car parking was provided. The room is very old fashioned like travelling in 80s' .

Convenient and decent sized room but rather scruffy and in desperate need of a refurb. The sound proofing is terrible so we could hear everything going on in the rooms around us. Nice helpful staff.

Lovely, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, and decent-sized rooms. Rooms are clean well-kept, albeit - a bit dated. Specifically, device charging options by the side of the bed would have been great. Other than that - perfect.

Dissatisfied with stay
First room given heating was not working and after complain in room was changed. When waking up next morning for shower water was not working. Had to leave without showering and dissatisfied with services at the property.

Very friendly
Room was very nice. Let down by the lack of safety rail in the shower. The shower controls were very difficult to operate especially if you had difficulty gripping the control. Cracked sink was not a good sign.

I would like to say our stay here was cut short, the rooms were freezing and that's not a joke we had the heating on maximum and we could feel the cold in the room , the maximum bar was letting out minimum heat like maximum was number 1 on the radiator. The staff ended up getting us a plug in radiator which helped if you put it on full overnight. Also i was not informed that on the Saturday night there was going to be a party so the noise of drunk people going to there rooms from 12.30am to around 1.45am was a bit frustrating to say the least. And because they had a party in the restaurant we had to sit in a bar at 7.30pm when it was full of people for the party and we had to endure noise and foul language whilst eating. The cleanliness of the hotel was not great either with the sticky feeling on the chairs and dirt stains on the seats. I definitely won't be back. Disgruntled customer.

Tired, tired, tired.
First, the good points - very central with free parking, generally very clean, reception staff welcoming and pleasant. I also feel, given the original use of the building, the features in the reception area are lovely. The bad points -We have stayed here before but it was quite some time ago and it shows in the general appearance of the hotel. Furniture in the bedroom and sanitaryware in the bathroom are all well past their sell-by date. The bath panel was damaged and shabby and silicon around the bath disgusting. None of the pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet but given the noise from above when we dropped our case off earlier in the day, I suspect there was no one in the room above the night we stayed. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant so cannot comment about either. Our stay was not expensive and the hotel served it’s purpose but it is in desperate need of an overhaul. Such a shame as it has such potential.

Overnight stay
The hotel is not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift. They do have some rooms on the ground floor so make sure you mention any issues beforehand. We forgot to say I walked with crutches and were allocated a room on the 2nd floor. When we went back to reception the girl tried to give us a room on the ground floor however the room was being renovated. As we were there with another couple we swapped with them but this was still on 1st floor and lots of stairs! We were given a voucher for a drink each from the bar but on checking out it looked like we had been inadvertently charged for them. Other than this the hotel has lots of character which we love but sadly we wont be back due to lack of facilities for disabled guests.

Very cute hotel. Modern room comparatively to the other places we were in Scotland. Best bed by far. The only issue with it was the bathroom ventilation. The town is nice but was quiet when we were visiting. We didn't have a lot of time to explore but it looked like there was potential.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I booked this hotel as it appeared very pleasant, had a car park, restaurant and bar. Upon entering the hotel you notice that it is looking tired, but the biggest shock was still awaiting me, The Room My little heart sank as I opened the door, the carpet was horrible, the furniture dark and foreboding, the window would not stay open, the bed rolled away every time I sat on it, some of the bathroom tiles have been hand painted to try and cover the holes, the toilet took after the bed, in so far as it too moved when sat on. I could go on, but to sum it up it is grubby!!!!! They ran out of orange juice at breakfast on day two, never saw orange again!!!, and in four days worth of breakfasts we never managed to get all the cooked items we wanted at once, at least one item was always missing i.e. eggs, bacon, beans, sausage, mushrooms, scones never came out together. I wont mention the amount of times we got to our rooms only to find the card didn't work, and no it was not stored near a phone I feel completely RIPPED OFF as I have stayed in nicer hotels for half the price, don't be deceived by the photographs. Nearly forgot, as I had booked four rooms for four nights, I was told that there were welcome packs in our rooms.... Fruit, Water, Chocolate perhaps?. No, it was just a card to hang on the door if we wanted our rooms cleaned whilst we were out!!!!!!!! I did feel sorry for the staff, as they were getting complaints virtually every time I walked through the lobby

Conveniently located in the centre of Perth
Conveniently located in the centre of Perth. Limited parking in main car park but there is an overflow car park less than one minute away (not the pay and display one). The listing for this hotel states that there is a lift but on arrival we were advised that there is no lift to upper floors which is not ideal when you have mobility problems. Breakfast is standard fare and you are able to squeeze your own oranges. Staff cleared away all the food at 9.30 am on the dot without asking if guests had finished (I hadn’t). A minor irritation was that the hot tap on the bath seemed to be disconnected/isolated. A bit of investment in the bathrooms would make this a nice hotel.

The worst bit of our one night stay was finding car parking. We eventually got into the hotel over flow car park. So be warned , otherwise you are in a pay & display car park!
