Prime location.
We stayed there for the location. It’s within 5 minutes of Piazza Italia and all restaurants. They have no AC but have fans. The receptionist was very friendly.

Good for the money
For the price, this was a good stay. It's nothing special, but the room is comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location. I slept well as the room seemed to have black-out blinds so was nice and dark. The bed was comfortable, the shower had a good pressure and hot water. We also were able to leave our bags with reception for a couple of hours after check-out, which saves money on luggage storage elsewhere.

Right in the city.
Small hotel right in the center of Perugia. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and large enough for two. Small bath, but good enough. Staff was helpful. We had a balcony that really didn’t overlook anything, but we were outside. They helped us with parking at a sister hotel which was nice. The breakfast was just ok, but good coffee, all at an extra €5 fee. Worth it. 5 minute walk to all of downtown Perugia. We would stay there again.

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal capolinea del minimetro e dunque dal centro storico. Struttura vetusta: avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto, ad esempio della sostituzione degli infissi in legno, che versano in condizioni pietose. Anche la mancanza di un ascensore ha il suo peso, soprattutto se ti assegnano una camera al terzo piano. Camere matrimoniali di dimensioni standard ma bagni piccolissimi. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Valutati pro e contro, direi che l'esperienza è positiva ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo.

La camera sinceramente era meglio di quello che mi aspettavo, avendo visto foto che non le rendevano giustizia. Letto abbastanza comodo, camera molto pulita e struttura centralissima e quindi molto comoda. Personale molto garbato e qualità prezzo giusta. Visto che sono del settore vi do un consiglio, aggiornate un po’ le foto perché le camere e l’arredamento sono Meglio di ciò che sembra.

J’ai pu occuper la chambre de mon arrivée. l’hotel Est situé très proche de la terminal de mini-metro, très pratique puisque je suis arrivé en train. Aussi le centreville historique est à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La rue est tranquille, bonne nuit de sommeil

Great location, clean and simple!
We had a great stay at Hotel Sant’Ercolano. The location was great about a 12 Euro trip from the train station. Very close to many sites, restaurants and shops in the beautiful old historic part of Perugia. The room was clean, breakfast was great and the reception team were really helpful.

Pleasant stay.
The hotel is well situated for the city centre, via some quite steep streets. The city is very attractive with cafes and restaurants. Some building work directly opposite spoiled the view from the veranda somewhat, though this was being completed when we left. The room and bathroom were clean and well serviced.

Un albergo a due stelle, a un minuto a piedi dal cuore della citta' ( Palazzo dei Priori) e dal mini metro per la stazione ferroviaria. E' semplice ma ha le cose essenziali ed una qualita' importante: se c' e' un problema lo staff e' pronto a risolverlo. Ed inoltre lo staff alla reception e' stato capace di indicarmi dove potevo trovare le ceramiche artistiche che cercavo. Per me era essenziale perche' dovevo portarle come regalo di una cerimonia. Rimarranno nei miei ricordi.

Excellent value for money (36 euro per night). Simple but functional hotel (standard similar to for example ibis hotels), good wifi, perfectly located centrally and just next to minimetro end station. Basic breakfast for 5 euro. Highly recommended!

Great location for atmosphere, shopping, restaurants, transport, however, there was no minibar fridge in my room and when I booked it included a small fridge, also I was supposed to pay at the hotel and then 2 days prior I received an Europe’s say that they will cancel my booking as they wanted to put the accommodation cost onto my credit as a hold. Also the parking is quite difficult to negotiate and to locate.

O hotel eh bem localizado. Fica perto da estacao Pincetto do Minimetro. Também não fica longe da estacao de ônibus turísticos. O quarto em que fiquei era espaçoso. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim, de fossa. O café da manhã, não incluso, eh sofrível. Não tem elevador.

「ウンブリアの丘とアッシジを眺める」との記載でこのホテルにしたのですが、部屋は窓が無く、建物に囲まれた使われていないテラスらしき所へ出るドアからかすかに外が見えるのみでがっかりしました。部屋の電球は切れたまま、暖房が弱く寒かったです。廊下は常に暗く、通る時に自分で電気をつけます。エレベーターが無いので階段でスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。 場所はミニメトロの終点Pincettoで下車し徒歩５分位、狭い路地にあります。チェントロのすぐ下なので立地は良かったと思います。

Ho trascorso tre notti presso questo hotel, devo dire di essere rimasto colpito positivamente. L'impatto iniziale non è stato dei migliori (la stanza come il bagno - privo di bidet - non sono molto grandi). Ma con il passare del tempo , cambi idea. Le stanze dell'Hotel sono pulite (la biancheria del bagno è stata cambiata ogni giorno). In camera è presente anche un mini bar, oltre la TV. La sua posizione è il punto di forza...in pieno centro, vicino a tutte le bellezze della città. Per non parlare dei tanti bar, pizzerie e pub, presenti in zona. La colazione è stata consumata fuori ( c'è un Locale...si chiama umbro' che ti offre tutto dalla colazione alla cena...passando x le specialità umbre. Il personale della struttura è gentile e professionale, ti da tutte le indicazioni necessarie per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a Perugia.

Ik had een boeking gedaan voor 2 kamers. Er bleek echter nog een boeking te bestaan met een reisnimmer dat 1 hoger was dan mijn nummer. Ik heb van die boeking nooit een bevestiging gehad. Ook geen verdere info dat er meer kamers waten geboekt. OK moest echter wel een kamer voor 1 nacht extra betalen. Ik voel me benadeeld.

Very happy with my stay
Very happy with this hotel. A bit hard to find the location at first but everything was wonderful. The check-in, check-out was easy, staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and safe, very close to the center. If you are sensitive with noise, the sound proof is not so good but it's like that in most Italian houses/hotels/apt. Wifi works great. If I remember correctly, I booked a single room with a single bed but they gave me a huge single room with two single beds attached! Thanks Hotel Sant'Ercolano I slept like an angel!
