I was a little taken aback when a guest was leaving the establishment swearing while walking out the front door. There was a hair on the back of the toilet. I was offended that I had to ask at the front desk for any kitchen supplies I needed

Easy parking was a plus, but our overnight stay fell short. The room had a musty smell, outdated decor, and a pull-out bed that was uncomfortable due to springs and lack of linens. Breakfast offered only mini muffins and expired bars with no water or ice available. The intermittent heating disrupted our sleep. Limited amenities and no assistance compounded the disappointment. We couldn’t use the pull-out, forcing us to share the bed. Overall, a disappointing experience that made us eager to leave.

The room was not clean and had a strong smell of chlorine. The room was freezing and it took about two hours to warm up. The kitchen counter was dirty and the bathroom had hair as well as the bed.

It is across the street from a small park, nice for walking your dog, has a nice exercise area. The place is clean, the staff lovely, the maintenance minimal. It has a kitchen which is good but which is empty, unless you request pots and plates etc, because they say, guests steal everything. No night table next to my bed (though there was a light). faucet driped, handle fell off door in my sister'sroom.

Front desk person was helpful. But Roach in the bathroom. Dirty drawers. Sticky mess on the counter. Sloppy repairs. Moldy loose caulking around tub. Threadbare towels. Joke of a breakfast even for “grab and go.” $100 security deposit—did the really think I would steal those rags they called towels? Send $15 dollars more and stay in a real hotel.

I can’t find the right word to describe the sloppiness of this hotel. I checked in after midnight. I was exhausted after a very long flight so I crashed into the bed. I woke up to find hair in the couch and toothpaste marks in the sink which proves me that the room was not clean after the last guest checked out. I called the front desk to ask for another room but the I was told they were understaffed as only one person was assigned to clean 33 rooms. The front desk did ask me to come pick up cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. The floor and the fridge looked filthy. You might think I was in a third world country. Believe it or not this hotel is located at the heart of Horsham, an upscale suburb of Philadelphia. Quite frankly, this hotel should be shut down for a total renovation. Water was leaking all night long.

Sticky bathroom floor and stains on the sheets and carpets. Unpleasant pet urine smell in hallway and cooking smells in room. Shower didn’t work, and we had to get ready for a wedding in my brother’s hotel room at the hotel we should’ve stayed in.
